I'll be frank. This episode was good but compared to the previous episode, it falls short. That is an unfair comparison to make considering that ep21 set the bar quite high, perhaps even too high, but I can't help but make comparisons to it.
There is also the fact that the entire fight was too full of CGI and lacked choreography as the riders were fighting in a limited space. Once again, not something that should irk me but it does. And on the story side of things, Sento forcing the kill button on to Misora was kind of a jerk move. This comes across as even more insensitive considering that Sento of all people should know the toll murder takes on the psyche. Him claiming that Misora shares responsibility in creating Build rings a bit hollow to me since Misora was essentially tricked by Stalk into purifying the Fullbottles. But man oh man, considering the fact that Stalk managed to single-handedly take down an entire country and raise the stakes to heights never seen before, I would say this episode was worth it. Oh, and Kamen Rider Rogue (The Phantom of the West) does look cool, I guess. His overall design is a lot more vicious as compared to NightRogue. And NightRogue looked vicious to begin with.

I don’t want Grease to go despite no upgrade. He’s got a lot to offer to Team Build.
Imagine Grease and Rogue going Zolda vs Ouja. |

I can see him as one of stark disposable tools like the trios used to push Sento and Ryuga further. It seems they're rise in powers is something that helps him near end game.i wouldn't mind Greases dying in an epic battle via sacrifice. The sclash driver and robot jelly will soon be irrelevant as Sento, Ryuga, and the villains continues to grow stronger. So much for hyping it up as dangerous and powerful.

I really liked that fight. I liked that other than the one cool running back-flip that Build did it was basically just a lot of punching in an enclosed area, that made it seem much more brutal and visceral than the usual acrobatic choreography.
Also I must be getting soft in my adult years because seeing Misora with tears in her eyes crying really messes with my emotions. It triggers sympathy in a way I wouldn't have imagined a tv show could do. ..maybe I'm just a softie for a sweet girl in tears. But it's sort of heartbreaking to see her so upset. Putting Sentos life in her hands was kind of a dick move. Should've had that discussion with Banjo imo. That's way too much burden to just dump on Misora. She was breaking just from the thought and stress of it. Sento has good intentions but he's pretty selfish actually. I still think Black Hazard is scary. Especially when it takes over his brain and he just goes into 'Mindless Kill-Mode'. He just becomes an Alpha Predator and that's it,..everything must die. |

I personally think this episode was a great follow-up to the previous one and didn't feel let down at all! So much emotion and awesome political drama. Sento and Ryuuga's dynamic is so good I don't even know what to say. Everyone in this episode had something to contribute and Blood Stalk continues to be an insanely good villain. Perfection.
As for the scene where Sento leaves Misora with the switch to kill him, I see why he chose her. If he had told Ryuuga, Ryuuga probably would have just tried to beat some sense into him (as he actually did in the episode), and Sento probably didn't think he would be strong enough and would end up as yet another casualty. This unfortunately left Misora as the only real option. I mean, I guess he could have asked Sawa, but Sento doesn't know her as well. I dunno, it made sense to me, even if it was a cruel decision.

The form's name is _______ Hazard, not Black Hazard. So this episode we saw RabbitTank Hazard and HawkGatlung Hazard, and we see SmaphoWolf Hazard in the YouTube special... Also, incidentally, the 'kill device' Sento gave Misora is one half of the FullFull RabbitTank Bottle; so they're already foreshadowing that. |

I'm still in disbelief a Kamen Rider series can be this good this consistently.
The way they interspersed those flashbacks during the fight was a pretty inspired move, and it goes without saying how amazing all the characters are at this point (Misora being the standout here). The worst thing I have to say is that it got a little awkward when everything turned into a video game for a couple seconds. But I mean, what do you expect from CG in a Toei show? It's a nitpick at worst.
