Anybody seen the 70s Spider-man series? Any fans of it? Is there even a sub available?

It used to be on Marvel's website but none of the links seem to work now. :/

Kinda off track but I think somewhere in between Spidey Japan killed Kraven for the Leopardon. It is a souvenir...
It may not always be pleasant but I'm cool with it.

There are other ways to get it if you know where to look.
It's a...marginal show. My experience was that once the appeal of it being live action Japanese Spider-Man wore off, there wasn't a lot to enjoy. It's obvious something happened to the robot suit that made it unavailable for new shows after a specific point. It also feels like someone took a rejected series pitch for a new Kamen Rider show and went over all instances of "Kamen Rider" with Spider-Man and bam! New series. The show is a quirk in Japanese TV history though, and at least a couple of episodes are worth a watch. Whether or not you can stick it out through the end is up to your own tastes. |

Didn't somebody steal the robot suit? I think i remember reading that years ago when marvel.com started showing the series.

It's been said that the suit was damaged because Toei was still new at making agile robot suits and then misplaced and lost as it was being sent to be repaired. Someone at Toei probably figured it wasn't worth of the hassle of making a new one. The suit was very difficult for stunt actors to move around in and wasn't as sturdy as Toei had hoped.
