How come Ninja Captor was never reinstated as a Super Sentai series like Gorenger and J.A.K.Q.? And with the 40th anniversary next year do you think it will be reinstated so the next series would be the the official 40th sentai series?

Ninja Captor was pretty different from Goranger and JAKQ so I´m not surprised that they didnt integrated into Super Senai later on and I doubt they ever will.

This really belongs in Other Toku Discussion.
In any case while Ninja Captor was created by Toei it was only ever considered tangentially part the Super Sentai franchise in the very early 80's. It was featured in a few guide books on the subject but dropped pretty quickly. Some attribute it's inclusion as an editing mistake anyway. It's addition to the overall franchise now would be meaningless as well. As it ran at the same time as Goranger it wouldn't add another year to the series count anyway. If you're just talking sheer number of shows then sure it would, but it's not been considered part of the SS cannon since at least 1981.
