I'm curious, but was there any specific reason why Jet, Zyu, Car, Mega, Ginga, and Time never got any movies even though everything from the 80s did along with Dai-Oh and GoGoV?

This is mostly assumptions with some facts, but thing about Dairanger, Kakuranger, and Ohranger is that they were part of Toei's Toei Super Hero Fair which was sort of an extension of their already existing Toei Anime Fair special that promoted the film specials of their TV anime that aired at the time.
93 had Dairanger, Kamen Rider ZO, and Janperson. 94 had Kakuranger, Kamen Rider J, and Blue Swat. 95 had Ohranger, Hakaider, and B Fighter. From the looks of it seems like it was Toei's way of pimping their toku properties that were airing at the time and also experiment with dormant properties(i.e. Kamen Rider and Kikaider). I don't know exactly why this stopped as of 96 but maybe due to not meeting expectations, etc. and probably because the VS direct-to-video films for super sentai was more efficient budget-wise compared to trying to fill in theaters. Also a little correction I would like to point out, the GoGoV film you mentioned, which I assume is the one with Sieg, turns out to be a direct-to-video film or V Cinema to be exact(I thought it was a theatrical release too but turns out it isn't).

Interesting, so they were for a convention of sorts? That makese sense. Didn't realize Zeek was a direct to video movie.

Super Sentai World was also made for a similar convention, so it makes sense.
Though it doesn't really explain why some series didn't get a movie.

The general consensus I've seen seems to be that it stems from Toei have financial difficulties during the 90s. The Japanese economy was in a weird state during the early to mid 90s, thanks in large part to the bubble burst, and I imagine this played a part.

I'm not too certain if it was a literal convention but probably more of a title to identify the movies being released under one roof kind if thing.
