Mixed feelings about reset endings in general, though the fact that everyone will invariably get their memories back for V-cinemas and crossovers sort of makes it a moot point I guess.
Ok enough finale, I'd say. Had some good moments...but I don't think Tsukuyomi was really well utilized at all (her one-episode double crossing gambit just didn't accomplish much in either direction) and Tsukasa and Kaito just disappear from the episode halfway through, which is something of a shame. I dunno, it's a whole thing. All in all, I enjoyed Zi-O. It's about as flawed as a series can be, with an abundance of missed opportunities and missteps, as well as a handful of characters that just weren't any fun to watch. But I still had fun with it, and I attribute that in great part to the fact that I enjoyed at least the main 3 Rider characters a lot. A lot of people would probably count Sougo or Geiz among those characters that weren't any fun, but I thoroughly enjoyed Sougo the whole way through, and Geiz got better on the second half. I almost have to wonder if I'd like Zi-O at all if I didn't enjoy these 3. Impossible to say. But I'm looking forward to seeing them again whenever and if they pop up again. The other characters can also be there too, I guess. |

OFFICIALLY The Best Kamen Rider Henshin of all time plus the Iwae that made it so good! First time Sougo requested for an Iwae. The reset is part of the story as part of the journey is the end but the journey was complete because of his comrades; and the ultimate reward is having his comrades back. Great episode over-all!

I didn't follow ZI-O, but I was pretty bored and decided to watch this. I have no idea how this wrapped up plotlines but this was a really good finale based on action alone, and I liked that Sougo decided to split the timelines back up. The Oma Zi-O henshin was also really spicy.

I'll be honest I kind of like having the Riders as separate continuity worlds tbh
As fun as crossovers are, there was something with Rider that didn't seem to gel right with having a "Cinematic Universe" in my opinion. It worked for some shows and Megamax was honestly the peak of that. But it was pretty shaky all other times despite how much I love Pac-Man and Final. Just compared to Ultraman which is able to do a lot more leeway with the way they set everything up, Kamen Rider just... doesn't really have that you know? So I can respect the decision to splitting everything up again as a result. |

Wow what an ending I love Zi-O from start to finish. There were only a few ep I didn't care for but for most I enjoy. Oma Zi-O henshin was awesome and he was beating the hell out of the evil riders with one hit that was badass. It clear that Oma Zi-O is the strongest rider in the whole franchise proven by this ep. He punch a dragon with a single hit. In the end the timeline was reset and everyone was back which was nice to see. Zi-O had a better end than decade did. Looking forward to the Geiz movie and the winter team up.

Oma Zi-O's henshin was, in one word, badass.
It got even more badass for me when he fought. Also: quote from Kamen Rider Wiki: Expressive Flame Eye (エクスプレッシブフレイムアイ, Ekusupuresshibu Fureimu Ai) - The red visor that spells out 'Rider' in katakana. Sensors with a 270° viewing angle is built into the compound eye. Additionally, its red coloring is due to it being in a constant state of heat, being 1000-1200°C. It can shoot out rays of heat at a maximum output. This just made Oma Zi-O even more OP in my eyes. |

I liked this ending, but didn't love it. There were too many unsolved mysteries, but I felt that this show was at the mercy of whoever of each rider's cast could return to represent the AR of that storyline and to build a new storyline around whoever came back.
I really hated almost everyone at the beginning, but I warmed up to Sougo, Junichiro, and Geiz. Tsukoyomi's character needed to be explained better and to me she is just average looking and I usually like some eye candy in each season. |

Will we ever know or Old Sougo narrate how he got his original power before Geiz and Tsukuyomi made the time travel in episode 1? Like a prequel to Zi-O?
