Another entry in our tribute to Power Rangers Zeo is this 20 image gallery of the deluxe Super Zeo Megazord!
First appearing in Episode 34 A Golden Homecoming, the Rangers gained access to the Super Zeo Zords with the Super Zeo Gems given to them by Trey of Triforia. These humanoid zords had a variety of abilities including flight, underwater operation, and were capable of firing energy blasts from their torso emblem. The Super Zeo Megazord is armed with twin sabers that it used to finish off opponents. Super Zeo Zord I forms the feet; Super Zeo Zord II forms the arms, shoulders, and head; Super Zeo Zord III forms the waist and upper legs; Super Zeo Zord IV forms the lower legs; and Super Zeo Zord V forms the torso. The deluxe Super Zeo Megazord is a solid figure and has four points of articulation in each arm. The deluxe zord sets includes the five zords, twin swords, battle helmet, and sticker sheet. The Super Zeo Megazord is an adaptation of the Oh Blocker from Choriki Sentai Ohranger. Want TokuNation.com updates on the go? "Like" us on Facebook and follow us @tokunation on Twitter!! The design is unique. Simple but it works. Not really one of my favorites but love how streamlined it looks. Ohrangers mecha is a mix result, but, I love them either way!

I used to make the Super Zeo Zords look like spaceships.

A great design. It would've been cool if they made the weapons, since 3 of them have Cube-With-A-Tube hands, but oh well.

I've always thought this Megazord was awesome. I love the shape motif, absolutely love it.
Tis a shame I never managed to get one though.

This is a really underrated Megazord that just looks plain cool. It's nice to have Zords that aren't animals or vehicles once in a while, I can't remember the last time we had unconventional Zords.

There's definate good things and bad things going with Super Zeo. The Head-Sculpt I always loved, I'm a sucker for a forehead crest. And I love Megazords that form from five smaller humanoid mechs. Shogun, This, Super Turbo. There haven't been enough of those out of Sentai/Power Rangers. And I love what a co-herent Megazord it makes when they all combine. The bad points are I didn't like the pre-school building block motif. I didn't like how it didn't really jive with the motif of the first Zeo Megazord, then never did Red Battlezord. I wish they would've kept going with the mythical aspect of the designs. Also didn't like that Zeo's Mech Designs were just another NinjaZord concept. Two Seperate Megazords that don't combine with each other, one being beasts and one being humanoid mecha, that both combine with the Sixth Ranger's. But atleast Shogun matched the motif of Ninja.
If I was lucky enough to find one for a good price on ebay, or a yard sale, I'd pick one up. I just think they could do better. |

Not bad, I never really paid attention to the Zeo zords but I'm finding now, years later, they were actually pretty neat.
