Okay going all over those points
Honestly if there's one set of scenes I loved, it was Sougo running the festival with the one kid visiting. I really loved those moments if only because it really shows Sougo at his finest, and what I think of when I look at him. Also yes, Ride Heisaber supremacy. Like I got all super giddy when Sougo suddenly brought it out briefly during the endgame when he faced Another Zi-O II, so to see it return here is also good. And finally with Tsukuyomi, yep it's as I said earlier, the parts with her in it were honestly some of my favorite moments. I just enjoy how we're really fleshing out this School AU Tsukuyomi, she's Class President, does volunteer/charity work, is good with kids, and is also a Kamen Rider? I'm just glad that despite appearing last minute in Zi-O, Kamen Rider Tsukuyomi has gotten a nice handful of appearances to thrive in. |

Decade and Zi-O lacking any coherent narrative or character structure in a mini-series written by TOSHIKI INOUE no less?
Color me shocked. |

I mean, I have no idea if you're trying to "tell me off" for wanting something better, but I'll post this anyway. |

Taken from /m/:
According to a TTFC interview, RoboSougo is from the Reiwa The First timeline while Space Ninja Huere is from the Space Squad world. Misa the Ghost Girl is from the Ghost realm Takeru went to in his movie. Prolly just makes things a lot more confusing, but hey, it's just some info I wanted to share. This just kinda makes stuff more confusing since R:TFG undoes all the time distortion. Unless this is an alternate alternate R:TFG where Sougo and Aruto fail to stop Another Ichigo and launch Zea. |

God this special just keeps happening.
So is Zi-O vs. 01 Sougo a Humagear specifically, or just, like, a robot? When it says "the reiwa first gen timeline" does that mean that that Sougo literally does come from the same universe as Aruto etc? "Takeru's movie"? Is that the Ghost 1000 eyecons movie??? What? "Space Squad is canon to Decade" - Toshiki Inoue

You know probably the most annoying thing about these specials is that they're not insane enough except for the last ten minutes of the last episode of Decade's house of death. Say what you will about the narrative of both shows at least they were fun and shame on Inoue for not giving us a "manhole cover" moment in these special.

RoboSougo mentions that in his world, humans died out and all of them had to become robots. So, since this is the R:TFG timeline or an alternate version of it, then he's a Humagear.

As out-of-nowhere as the final Decade episode reveals were, I can buy the Ghost World and Space Squad connections. Robo-Sougo feels more like he'd be from Kikai's AU than anything else, since I feel they'd at least throw something on his ear after the reveal that showed he was actually a humagear.
Personally I liked both mini-series overall. Decade's was the weaker one mainly for the final episode's rushed ending leading into Zi-O's story but as an overall thing it was plenty of fun. Ohma Zi-O's overall goal of restoring himself only for it to become a last-minute "You thought you defeated me? You'll BECOME me!" before exploding was very on-brand for the character. And he's technically not wrong with how his relationship to Sougo works. He just ensured he'll exist either way by being the true Sougo. Also the conflict of space and time with Decade going after Ohma Zi-O was a good touch. Stuff like Narutaki being forced to work with him in the space between dimensions (Which is absolutely a thing cause it was also used in Super Hero Taisen) was cool to me. Honestly, all the little details and such really does make me wish Zi-O ended with a reveal that it was a Decade prequel. There's tons that could have supported it, even here.
