The exact specifics of the deal are currently unknown. For those unaware, "Page Punchers" is a line that McFarlane does wherein an action figure comes with a comic featuring the character who you're getting an action figure of. These come in both 3 3/4-inch and 7-inch scales. While it would be interesting to see McFarlane make their own toys based off Power Rangers and whatnot, I'd be equally okay if this were a roundabout way for various Lightning Collection figures to get reissued. And I imagine the comics will be the stuff from BOOM, IDW, etc.

Page Punchers achieved what it has through DC and Spawn packs, which McFarlane has the licenses to.
The small figure packs feature small and relatively simple toys, but they have a collectible element and soupcon of wit to them. I don't expect much with this license beyond BOOM! reissues and maybe a small possibility of a few characters and monsters getting some physical representation for the first time. Now if they would just commit to a Power Rangers and Spawn Crossover..... |

Image Comics has published the Transformers and G.I Joe comics now. So it makes sense for them to do a toy deal with Mcfaralne. I doubt we will get any crossover figures with PR, Transformers, G.I Joe, etc with Spawn unless Hasbro approves of it.

It just seemed logical cause of the preceding crossovers, like PR and Justice League, Spawn and Batman, and the proposed but unrealized Transformers and DC Crossover.
