Then maybe I have Punch Hopper? Whichever one has been cheapish on Mandarake lately. I don't know.
I don't care for the design much, I got it because it seemed like a good price, but since I don't like the design, and I don't know the character I should have waited until I do.
In fact, I should probably get rid of it, until I see the character in action, then I can decide if I want him or not. Anybody want it? there's lots of Figuarts I'd trade it for.

KickHopper is the cheaper one, PunchHopper is the brown one with the legs on the arms and is over $100 online. KH is green with the legs on his... legs. If you want to sell him, how much do you want for him?
There is a Sasword? Interesting. I was on Mandrake last night and all I saw were KickHopper, Gatack, Kabuto, and the movie dudes.

Punchhopper is the more expensive one now?
Wow. Must've slipped into the mirror world...

Sasword rarely pops up on Mandarake. I've had a saved search that I check almost daily, this is the first time I've seen him on there, so I grabbed him. Hopefully, I was the first one to see him.

Yeah, the cheapest I have seen him is $110. There is an ebay seller who has him, Dark Kabuto, and Kick Hopper for $150 shipped, but the guy is located in Hong Kong, so the price sounds too good to be true.

Just what is the appeal of Punch/Kick Hopper? A lot of people seem to want these figures badly and I'm not sure I understand why. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of the costume designs or the character personalities. Is there something I'm not seeing about these two dudes?
If the answer is plot related, PLEASE no spoilers. I'm 5 eps away from finishing the series

It's all completely subjective.
Many liked their characters. Yaguruma and Kageyama were great characters in the eyes of many.
Design wise, they're freaking gorgeous.

My jaw dropped.
I remember a time when you could get Punch Hopper for $15 and Kick Hopper was nigh impossible to find, and even then it was always at least $100+.
That was all thanks to Kick Hopper being reissued around the time the Kabuto Figuarts were getting released, but Punch Hopper not getting reissued until the remainder of the Kabuto characters got their first reissue, making Punch Hopper readily available but Kick Hopper nowhere to be found.
Was Kick Hopper recently re-released or did they just stumble upon a crate filled with him?

.I love the Kabuto figures myself. Kick Hopper is just an awesome figure, brilliant emerald coloring and just holds all poses really really well. I can not say a bad thing about that figure. Been eying Gattack and contemplating Thebee. If anything would use Thebee in place of Punch Hopper...
Sassword if not at insane price I also want...so far the weakest in the line were the Zect troopers and Drake...the movie guys aren't bad, but not special... my guy in PA so far only has Kick, Kabuto and Gattack, so may just get the Stag Beetle...

For me, there are two things. The Hoppers were honestly the only characters I actually liked in Kabuto. Tendou got boring after 30 episodes of repeating the same nonsense (even though it was kind of badass) over, and the Hoppers were different from all of the other riders. I like them for the same reason I like Ouja, they just didn't care about who or what they hurt.
The second reason I want their Figuarts is that they would make great body guards to Shadow Moon.
