Darn, I was hoping Zenkai Red was gonna be played by a former Kamen Rider actor, like how the Future Riders in Zi-O were played by past Sentai actors.

Scrolling up I thought they pull a zyuoger zyumen anniversary tactic where human cast show up , but they're singer and voice actor divide like gibuster return, so most likely one off thing. There red yellow and pink. Red seem like his own entities.

It's toqger themesong singer . This is like eternal guest starring in soecial. Reminded me of patren2 from lupin vs. I guess a new red leader coming in replace non red as a gag.
