I’m not even opening either copy. They have stickers on them saying that the copies aren’t supposed to be resold. And I purchased them from a thrift store. And I chuckle at that because EA sucks.
And speaking of EA, hot damn do I love Star Wars Battlefront 2 Classic. Finally playing it with multiplayer on my new Acer gaming laptop and wow does it still hold up great. Almost makes you wonder why anyone needed an update of the series with Next Gen graphics beyond that EA are bloodsucking vampires. Now if only steam would include the original Battlefront as well. I wanna use the Jub Jub cheat and run around Bespin.
I just got through returning and being refunded for a copy of Command & Conquer Ultimate Collection because the copy I got was 1. Digital only, which was fine, except it required downloading Origin and fuck that with a Pringles can; and 2) Was the EU version. Which hilariously meant I probably would've gotten the "cyborg" skins for Generals, but... not worth Origin.
I found factory sealed PC copies of Mass Effect 2 and Dragon Age: Origins at my local Goodwill. Apparently they both came from Hong Kong’s “The EA Experience.” Yay.
Longer answer: It is a series about an anthropomorphic blue hedgehog who can run at supersonic speeds without experiencing any sort of physical harm despite lack of protection, and easily tears through heavy machinery at will without suffering any significant injury, who is partnered with a two-tailed fox who can not only use said tails to somehow achieve flight, but is also a competent mechanic and pilot.
The plane in question, despite being a prop, is able to keep up with massive airships and jet aircraft with ease. So, no. There are a thousand things that break the various laws of physics or common sense that I am willing to put up with despite my usual preferences. Because it's all in the name of fun. Like Batman having a can of Shark Repellent for no reason other than he might need to repel sharks at some point.
Because the time zones are labeled according to the NATO phonetic alphabet. All time zones east of the Prime Meridian- the ones with "positive" offsets (+x hours) are labeled "Alfa" through "Mike", skipping J/Juliet (Sometimes used to refer to the observer's local time, nonstandard). All time zones to the west of the Prime Meridian- negative offsets (-x hours) are labeled "November" through "Yankee" starting at the international date line and moving toward the PM.
Basically: Zulu time is GMT. Zulu = "Zero". Zero hour.
Hey was there a Valor V Venom 6-wheeled transport that could be converted into a hovercraft like in that movie? I assumed it might’ve been a cross promotion with the Built to Rule toys but there never was a set like that.
