I wouldn't say ignorance regenerates quickly, if anything it can never be recovered, knowledge just destroys it, and misinformation is not the same as ignorance either.

Hate is among the fastest regenerating substances in the world, behind ignorance and misery. In fact the three tend to be found in close proximity to each other, if not outright mixed together.

Anyway, whatever hate I left in the box was very quickly replaced by my body. Or vice-versa, it's hard to say at this point.
