The changes are minor for the most part. The big ones are jungle as a whole and itiems

I know it's important, I'm just saying my lack of interest in modes featuring jungles means it's a minor change for me.
The changes to characters is the meat of this update for me~

it matters though. If the tank takes this buff then its prtty much a waste. Also almost every ADC got an attack speed buff in general but a far amount of them who have skill shots had the cost increased
