Mines only been three weeks so far, which doesn't actually sound like much but then is still nearly twice the amount of time it usually takes for things to arrive. Guess I'll leave it a couple more weeks before I get overly concerned about it.
That's the problem with going SAL I guess. I get so used to the usual time I forget it can actually take months every now and again. Knowing customs it's probably just sitting there right now and no one's bothered to tell me.
Thanks for the info though, and I'm glad your Ryugen did eventually show up!
Let me see... it took about a month until the tracking site updated, it showed the package arriving in my country on that day - meaning the package would've taken 4 weeks via Airmail and that's just ridiculous. Not even ships take that long.
After that it took the normal route, one week and a half until customs had it checked and then it got delivered. So it took roughly 5 and 1/2 weeks.
Don't think this is NY's fault though, the package was labeled as airmail in every instance and we did have a big postal strike going on at the time the package was sent out. So I guess mine landed in the backlog and was there until it got worked out, possibly longer since more stuff arrived every day and I don't think they worked it out very well.
I hope you get yours soon, because waiting for a package sucks.
Out of curiousity, how long did your Ryugen Yomi take to show up in the end? I have a feeling my Marika is being similarly awkward and you're location is close enough for me to get a good idea of how long this could potentially take. Thanks!
