That's just me talking in plural again, for some reason. It's a bad habit.

It's okay, but their DVDs have a playback success rate of maybe 60% due to scratches and stuff. The blu-rays fare much better. I kind of rely on them for most movies. Oh, and the owner is a Transformers geek, he's where I've been getting all these Beast Wars reduxes. I kind of want to get more.

It does, but when Season 1 has 13 episodes and costs nearly the same as Steins;Gate, you know something is wrong. Then times that by 3 for both seasons, and add $35 for the movie. K-On is simply charged more for.

Minor progress. We were watching Parks and Recreation, which is a terrific show. And fills the Chris Pratt need.

It started to look a tiny bit creepy so we shall continue tomorrow. But it does look fun, and that younger girl with the gashapon is adorable.

Rent it at my local rental store. It has a fairly decent anime collection from Australia's anime monopoly distributor (Madman) who also runs AnimeLab. That's where I got the DVDs to watch all the K-On episodes except episode 4 (which I had to stream because the DVD was scratched) and the Movie (which I bought). They also have just about everything I can think of, but I have never went hunting for Steins;Gate before, learning only about it today.

Oh, and this series is more than 3 times cheaper to buy than K-On! If it ever comes to that I guess. I think it's a worthwhile price.

I still flinched, but I just tell my mind to shut up.

I'm watching Steins;Gate now. Might not finish an episode tonight due to bedtime, but having watched 4 minutes it seems interesting enough.

I know I am superbly biased against dubs, and it still feels weird to watch an anime in English, but the voice acting is good. Anyway, I'll give it a shot. Can't beat free and if I really like it I might rent or even buy to get the Japanese voices.

Pokemon is not a good dub, but I like hearing "Charizard" instead of "Lizardon".

No...sadly. I really should stop making excuses.

Ranma 1/2 had a field day with those.

It is impossible for HD to load smoothly. It kind of plays, and then pauses and buffers for 5-10 seconds or so. SD plays better, but still has hiccups.

I really have a beef against dubs in general. The only ones I can stand are Pokemon and Studio Ghibli. XD But maybe I'll give the first episode a try.

So much stuff to watch!

Fanservice can't be worse that K-On, hopefully.

AnimaLab (Australian) has it! AnimeLab has AWFUL playback, though, but we'll see how it goes. Sadly, it's only dubbed, should I keep looking?
