K-On has some very minor instances of fanservice. Two I can think of are during the first ED (Don't Say Lazy) when the four are doing this music video thing and the first bit has them seemingly naked (but seen only shoulders up). The second OP (Go Go Maniac) has Azusa in her swimsuit on a balloon float, in a somewhat fanservicy position. Those two she was outraged at.

Luckily she hasn't seen the two beach episodes...

What do people find disturbing about it?

I'll need to sell this idea.

She's very pro-social justice, so yeah. She hates what she deems as "sexist" and "pedophilic" in anime and Japanese work as a whole.
