Ouch!

Yeah, I'm just thinking of different formats that might tell a decent story. I just found an amazing link online, which I'm saving for now, but it's too late to read.

I'm just having flashbacks to the time I tried to write a romance story as a teenager. *wince*wince*cries*

I really want to do something decent though.

Yes, yes! Like a light novel! I think. I only learned what light novels are today and I don't know how they look like inside. Basically I'm thinking a children's picture book with a more mature tone.

I feel I need a degree of visualization to tell a story, but my lack of drawing skills and poor understanding of comic structure makes comics less ideal as a medium. A picture novel or something might allow me to illustrate key scenes but keep a lot of it in prose.

Then again, my prose isn't exactly spectacular, either.

Not entirely sure...(I'm not American!) but I think a District is similar to a Territory here. Some form of local governance but without the full rights of a state? I'm not sure.

Maybe not, but perhaps I'll be less ambitious in the meantime. But my art sucks and my writing sucks and I don't know what to do!

District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is the capital of the USA and a Federal District but that's the closest to a State of Columbia as far as a short Google search can tell me.

How are you today? I tried drawing and I was happy with it, then said when I saw it was badly proportioned. I don't think a comic is the way to go for me...
