The ending was special but heartbreaking. I have yet to see Rebellion, but I do plan on reading the manga. Saw it at my Barnes and Noble.

I'm glad you actually addressed. I was telling Former about the "Mimori Togo" fanservice scenes in the show yesterday. I found it highly unnecessary and surprising that it would be in this show. But fortunately, it doesn't urk me enough to stop watching the show obviously. But it does upset me that it's Mimori Togo that is the fanservice target.
(But yeah, luckily the fanservice moments are brief.)
