I seriously don't know how they could improve Godzilla's depiction. It was absolutely perfect in every way.

While I may not like other parts of the movie, I was immensely satisfied with Godzilla himself, and practically all the kaiju parts.

Human focus is fine, if done well. Godzilla 1954 is a prime example of that.

At any rate, by the end you will be immensely satisfied I think, enough to forgive any perceived flaws in the movie.

Okay so you know about the MUTOs. Any scene with any kaiju is pure gold and breathtaking. My problem with the movie is that it is focused too much on the humans, and their story is told in a very disjointed way. This results in the feeling of having "multiple climaxes".

But overall, it's as accurate a depiction of Godzilla as can be and I'm in love with this incarnation. They have truly truly nailed Godzilla in every way.

Godzilla was good with some awesome yay bits sprinkled with nay bits too.
