It's because Fighters aren't as big as they used to be. They're mainly appealing to the niche audience now. Sure, Street Fighter might get good sales, but the genre as a whole isn't as dominant as it used to be. So they resort to the most basic and shameless manner of drawing in casual fans, and that's appealing to the LCD by using transparent oversexualization.

Of course. Thoughtful, intricate, and very heartfelt. More than most Toku films are. I'm hoping this new one is like it, and it seems to draw lots of inspiration from it.
