Kyoryuger is pretty loved here though. I don't hate it (very rarely do I hate a show) but not that big a fan of it. The only thing that really annoys me about Kyoryuger is some fans using it as a "standard" of greatness to compare ToQger to. Like, "ToQger mecha suck compared to Kyoryuger, look at the Kyoryujin!"

Kyoryujin may be really cool, but I don't think it's really that revolutionary in terms of mecha engineering.

Hmm, that's true. This show is surprisingly subtle and well developed. Again, I really admired how they continue to revisit old "characters of the day" in different ways in such detail. No character is left behind.

Oh, one refreshing thing about this show, you can identify the characters by their faces alone. For an opposite example, in K-On all the characters look nearly identical without their hair differentiating them. They even joke about it in the show. But here in Heartcatch they all have distinctive facial features.

True. But the 90's really expanded pop culture after the 80's "molded" it.

Search for LEGO set 70803 Cloud Cuckoo Palace. Main reason I wanted it since a few months back was because it was the cheapest set with both Emmet and Wyldstyle. Wyldstyle and Emmet are available in a cheaper set, but in that one she has her nice hair covered by a hood.

However, after watching the movie, I knew for sure this set must be mine, and you might understand if you watched the movie. Unikitty is just an awesome character.
