LEGO is stupidly expensive, yes, but I never regret buying them. They're one of those toys I'll probably keep forever, along with my Bandai of Japan toys. It's just they're so well made and customizable. I love them so much that given an action-figure (even a Figuarts) and a LEGO version of any character, I choose the LEGO version.

Yeah it lags on 3DS. Pokemon is too graphically intense for 3DS hardware.

ASM2 was amazing (no pun intended). It was so, so much better than I expected. I was not enthusiastic about watching it at all (and we briefly considered rewatching Cap instead ) but it was so worth it in the end. A huge improvement over the first one and even with its 2 hr 20 min run-time, it never felt draggy at all.

Decided to use the money to buy a LEGO set 1/3 the price. Yeah to be honest the 3D gimmick is really not worth having. I barely use it, because believe it or not, Pokemon lags horribly with 3D on. I got the 3DS XL mostly for the screen size.
