To be fair, I haven't played Bioshock.

It's too bad I really can't afford the Seasons themselves, to get them all would cost me nearly $200 for the very limited playability of the Blu-ray (no computer Blu-ray drive, DRM that prevents copying and backing up into my HDD), but I guess they're the first things I'd buy if I strike the lottery. Or even if I don't. I'm just crazily in love with this show.

Seriously. Be careful. I don't want to spoil it for you if you do watch it, but let's just say 1,2 Alien Freddie's coming for you.

They were! I still can't afford the seasons, but this is the show to get if I am willing to spend. This insane single-disc Blu-ray cost me nearly as much as my Star Trek Into Darkness copy, and with the Star Trek one I got a 3D Blu-ray, Blu-ray, DVD and a digital copy in one package.

But in the end it was worth it. I don't think I can live without something K-On to remember it by.

Also, this may sound terribly cliched, but the show just gets better as it progresses. For example, the first season is pure slice of life, while the second examines themes common to high school friendship. A few times during season 1 I wondered if I should continue (mostly during the beach episodes because I hate beach episodes ) but continuing paid off in spades. I even bought the Blu-ray of the Movie!

Just be careful. Lain is just...terrifying. Seriously, don't watch it in the dark.

More or less? It's the kind of show to kick off your shoes too at the end of a long, tiring day.
