yep he's the purple haired Samurai one Camui Gackpo. He and vocaloid actually had a contest where whoever sent in the best song created using Gackpo would have that song become a single sung by Gackt himself. "Episode Zero" was the one that one, and the runner up "Paranoia Doll" was the B-side. There are also some tv preformances where Gackt preforms 'next' to Gackpo on stage.
