Yes. I really don't mind if people don't follow it, but if they're interested, these are my terms.

The reason I set this out is because I'm a big supporter of the "Free Culture" or "Copyleft" movement, which encourages a world where people share freely instead of binding everything up in paywalls. The CC licenses allow me to share my work freely from a legal standpoint, compared to the typical "All rights reserved" copyright that most people use.

Oh regarding Cyber-tech, I'd love to see what you have, but I can't read it now, though. I'm a bit too tired this late at night.

Oh, no worries. Actually I didn't trademark it because that requires a kind of registration and costs money, I'm not willing to do that.

What I've done is to specify what exactly my copyright is. Copyrights are automatic, whether a creator wants it or not. So from a legal standpoint, if I created something, I automatically have copyright applied and people cannot copy my story or use my characters and concepts without permission.

By applying a CC license, like the one I use (CC-BY-SA), I am giving permission to all who see it to copy as they like, to distribute as they like, to even modify and create their own derivative works as they like, as long as they obey two things: give my proper attribution, and distribute their work under the same license.

But really this is just what I'd prefer, doesn't mean I actually enforce it. Anyhow this is just what my sleep deprived mind has typed now, hope it's correct.
