It's not that I don't like her, as much as I have yet to establish any sort of connection with her.
She's the Railgun, and at the point I am in (the start of the Imouto arc in the manga) that's all they've shown me, her skill over her character.
But she's had cool moments, like in the flashback of Kuroko's first mission.
