Her name is Karen Hojo, not as popular as Ranko, but pretty my much favorite in everything from what little background info was given about her in the mobile game, she's kinda like Maki from Love Live in terms of how much I like her, or Mayu from Wake Up Girls.

Maybe Japan just handles Yens things much differently then we do with our green money.

My favorite licensing company is Viz Media, their dubs are great, their blu-ray box are durable and sturdy, they come with at least a 90+ page artbook. and their extras contents varies. It can be from an convention panel, outtakes, behind the scenes, interviews and more extras. They also include artwoork within the blu-ray case when you open it which is a great touch. And for DVD owners they also provide slip cases on normal DVDS which they don't have to do, but they do anyways which is really nice of them.

My only disappointment is that Tiger & Bunny didn't get such treatment.

The import movies are better when they sub, since for a movie I can justify it being already at like 25 bucks for a normal blu-ray release, and they include the OST which is like another 25, and then the extra which are better artbook, and just overrall the whole box set looks better like the Madoka Rebellion movie and P3 movie. But when compare to a dub movie such Madoka Part 1 and Part 2 is priced for 80 bucks with a super thin lack luster art gallery book.
