I don't think the Apocalypse special had a TV airing over here (at least I don't remember it) but the other two have been on. The Bond cars one was an especially big deal just before Skyfall came out.

Richard Hammond picks some REALLY bad stuff to do solo Brainac: Science Abuse is pretty good if you haven't seen it, but he only did the first season of that.

Random fact: when the UK ported over Robot Wars from you guys, Clarkson was the first presenter for that!

There were two specials in 2011 and 2012 but other than that no shame, its probably the best show any of them had done outside of Top Gear
