I just wanted to drop by and say that your Arms Change photos are absolutely phenomenal.

Two questions for you:
1. What kind of background/set-up are you using that there's no highlights from the lamps on the background? Or do you remove the background in photoshop?

2. How do you get the mirrored image so sharp? Are you putting down a plate of glass and then editing out all other traces of it, or a different way?
