Dude, I watch plenty of other Asian-centered media that isn't toku. Doesn't mean it all needs to be treated like toku or that toku needs to be as popular as it. You know why Kamen Rider doesn't get as much attention as Squid Game did? BECAUSE KAMEN RIDER IS MADE FOR 7 YEAR OLDS. Quit being so fucking obsessed with it and get some help, you are not well.
Well I happened to come across Rooftop Prince when I found someone live streaming different Korean stuff and then I looked it up and yeah I pirated it. And To The Beautiful You Korea I can’t remember how I found about it but I did pirate that and I didn’t go on Reddit and ask K-drama fans for recommendation because I have kind of been leaning towards not being on the internet or computers like 100% of the time since about late 2013 which was when I discovered Rooftop Prince (I found the other one in 2018) so therefore I never joined Reddit, I wouldn’t join Twitter for years and it took me until 2019 to get Netflix, I’m just inclined to think 2008 was the last acceptable year in terms of technology lol. I did know there were some K-dramas on Netflix, but just never felt moved or got round to looking up more about them or watching them, sorry!
Well, I admit I haven't always used the most official means given obviously the UK isn't great for having like official releases of Asian media, I just basically had to find those 2 dramas by my own research and wanting something in Korean to watch! I will be 29 in September, the ''big 3-0'' is slowly descending!
I’m sorry but I just didn’t know about them, they might not even be on the UK Netflix, I don’t know! I’m not saying like I’ll never ever watch them but you either know something or you don’t!
