Why is he red?

Yomotsu Heguri means Hell Fruit. And because it looks cool.

This lockseed is supposed to be a fusion of all of his other lockseeds. Micchy gets the blood orange lock at the end of Sengoku Movie War, so it's the reason why he's red.

This form was revealed in magazine scans over a month ago and it saw action during this weeks episode. All the explanation you need is in the episode.

... I may get this. But then I'll need more.

That was an AU Universe though, and he never once used it in the series nor does it show up in the outro...

I will probably pass on this unless it comes with all the weapons from the overlords.
