Best Sentai Ever
 

We have the worst, and the negativity isn't what I think Toku should be about. So now we're going to have the best. What are your favorite Sentai moments, what are your favorite Sentai series'.

Like you don't know where the hell I'm starting. Tensou Sentai Goseiger. I loved everything about this series. Though, by far and away, the absolute best thing about this series was Gosei Knight. Without him? Not as good, it just isn't.
What may surprise you, or not, is I also love Go-Busters. I'm even warming up to Great Go-Buster-Oh. Especially now that I understand what happened. Those mechs were never met to combine, that's why they don't look like they should combine. I especailly love watching Gold and Silver's dynamic together.

Man, I'm still unsure about which Sentai series I like most...

Oooh, now this is tough. I'd have to categorize rather than state all out:

Best Series: Magiranger. My first Sentai series that I watched and completely watched, I loved the designs, Magiking and the villains. The designs were my favorite out of all rangers and villains so far.
Best 6th Ranger: Gai. Ikari Gai! Due to his fanboy nature, his mecha, his ability to fuse keys- while people find him to be annoying, I enjoyed Gai. When Akibaranger came out, it made me excited since they were essentially Gai without the Silver and Giant Triple-changer mech.
Best comedic series: Go-Onger. I loved their jokes so much, especially the episode when they were lost in the haunted forest. Giant cat Renn? Really? You're scared of a giant cat while you ride in a giant blue Bus/Lion hybrid? XD

augghhh fine! i like a mature unkiddy series wen i watch sumthing so i can enjoy it. and while this isnt exactly wat i had in mind, i still liked it. also its about a show within a show and how that show within a show has to become a show. plus its the only sentai ive actually ever finished \('-' )/

Gekiranger.
Gekiviolet is freaking awesome.
Rio is an amazing villain.

The only negatives I had were Jan's onomatopoeia and the mecha being rather lackluster.

What's funny is that when I was stressed out when my parents wouldn't let me be a theater major is that I took a personality test and it said I was against making them :lol. What was even funnier was that the counselor put in the exact opposite of my personality traits to see what job I shouldn't do, and the only one that popped up was the one job my parents kept pushing me towards :lolol

I have to agree. Doesn't help that there isn't a lot of series I'm interested in that are fully subbed. It'll probably end up being Gokaiger or Jetman for me though.

GOKAIGER!!!! Why? It was my first sentai series, The Red Rangers name was Captain Freaking Marvelous! and he stabbed himself in the foot to keep a douchebag in place to kick the holy crap out of him. That is the end all be all for badassery in anything superhero related i have ever witnessed.

Joe was awesome. He was quiet , loyal and just as bad ass as Marvelous.

Don was hilarious and entertaining. The perfect contrast to Marvelous and Joe. My fav moment was him putting a goon in the figure four leg lock.

Ahim and Luka were sexy and tough. Likeable through and through

Gai was great! His fanboy ways won me over easy.

I loved how all but Gai and Don had a tragic reason for wanting to fight the Zangyack. And when people would thank them for saving them , they never acted like heroes.

This was the first time in my Power Ranger / Sentai related history where i loved every single member of a team. And for me , that makes them special.

Gokaiger. It was like mainlining crazy fun toku awesomeness for fifty episodes and I loved every damn second of it that wasn't about Gai. Great, likable characters; fantastic fight choreography; and easily the best realization of the anniversary concept that was used first in Decade.

Gotta agree here. But I also loved Gai. He's exactly what any one of us would be in his shoes

Well, Gokaiger was popular to people here, sorry bud. If it makes you feel any better, I just liked it for the nostalgia factor, GokaiSilver and you probably know the last reason from looking at my signature :lol

I love gokaiger, its my favorite, akibaranger was amazing and gobuster is very meh

Honorable mention goes to GoGoV, which i wait for the day that i'll finally get to watch it, it has the BEST sentai mecha designs ever!

Actually I can't believe I forgot that my actual favorite is Akibaranger.

Gokaiger, because it was an incredibly fun anniversary series with great characters which showcased the best of 35 years of the franchise.

As far as single teams go though, definitely Magiranger. The family dynamic worked excellently, the story was great as were the villains. There was rarely a moment I felt bored with that series.

Honourable mentions go to Dekaranger, Liveman and Gekiranger.

Oh no, people liked Gokaiger, how dare they! Just like in a Worst Senta Ever topic you are going to have the majority of the people say Goseiger. It isn't because people are jumping on the bandwagon, it is because Goseiger is just that flat out bad.

I love Gokaiger, it is one of the best, but it isn't in my top five. My top five is:

DaiRanger
KakuRanger
GekiRanger
CarRanger
AbaRanger

Gokaiger, GoGoV, Liveman, and TimeRanger would fit in the next 5 somewhere.

I really wanna see Abaranger, but I just can't find a complete set of subs anywhere. :(

Dekaranger. More so because it was the first series to really introduce me to the franchise.

Maybe I am just easy to please. But I like Gokaiger , Go-Busters , what I have seen if Goseiger, Akibaranger & Shinkenger. They all have winning traits to me. I have to give GoGoV and Boukenger a try. It may be hard because I hated the power ranger adaptations so much.

It's hard to narrow it down, but I'd have to say it's either Magiranger or Gekiranger for me. Honorable mention to Shinkenger and Gokaiger.
