Keep going on Den-O?
 

man...I've up to episode 8 on Kamen Rider Den-O.
And I'm not feeling this one at all...I found myself skip scene's in eps 5 and 6. That's normally a bad sign.

I'm aware that this question might not be worded correctly. Because I'm sure there's people out there who loved this one from the start but...


Does this series get any better or should i move on?

It gets QUITE a bit better! Den-O is an amazing series... and be glad once your onto it, because it doesn't stop! Before Den-O no rider had had more than 2 films, I think Den-O is up to what now? 9?

Its even better when he shows up and the monsters basiclly say "EFF IT'S DEN-O! RUN!"

Never skip scenes!
Den-O is a great series, just wait until all the Imagin start showing up.

I'd say once Zeronos shows up, the plot actually starts, well, existing, but it's really hard to tell someone, "if you aren't liking this show just watch 10 more episodes of it," so I guess it boils down to how much interest you're losing.

Isn't that what all the monsters are called? Isn't the red and blue dude on the train Imagins?

Yes, all of the monsters are Imagin. But once all of Ryutaros' own Imagin show up is what he's referring to.

And I loved Den-O for how lighthearted it was.

I though he meant Kai's freak-out where he makes like 20 Mole Imajin toward the end.

lol, I meant the Ryotaro's other Imagin :p

The beggining might be a bit slow but man once you get to Zeronos and the episodes that tie into the first movie its an epic ride from there on.

I have to give up on this series. I was worried at eps 6. Now I'm at 31. Long pass Ryotaro getting up to 5 Imagin, passed Zeronos and his Imagin, and passed the first movie (which...why was it a movie? It had a direct impact on the show: Shouldn't that have been in the series?).

The humor is all canned I've seen all these jokes before. All the Imagin and supporting characters are over-used stereotypes or one~trick~walking~jokes(in japan atleast) that I've seen a million times before in anime, any on-going plot or problems they come up with seem to be solved the next episode or just a humorous misunderstanding in the first place. Ryotaro is the most one dimensional character i think I've seen through out all bad b-moive & anime & poorly put together video games. The owner of the DenLiner has more personality and emotions than Ryotaro. That's not a good sign in a main character.

I gave this series way way more than enough time to pick up it's feet. But it just ain't going to happen...is it? :(

If that's how you still feel at this point then no, it isn't going to happen for you :(

It truly is a wonderful series but I can see where people would dislike it as well. There are plenty of shows that other people like that I just don't care for so if you don't enjoy it at this point I don't think anyone will begrudge you. Den-O is one hell of a ride but it isn't for everybody either.

I completely get the plot complaint. It's not until near the literal end that they crammed in a ton of plot, which I didn't even care for and I love the series.

But to each his own. At least you tried it out.

The climax took over me. It will take over you too. :)

Seriously. It is a fun series.
