Power Rangers Megaforce Toys Out At Retail
 

The diligent minds at Linear Ranger's Toy Grid inform us that the first wave of Power Rangers Megaforce toys are hitting shelves- just in time for the holiday shopping season! :D

This initial wave (found at a ToysRUs in Virginia) contains the Gosei Great Megazord, Brother Vehicles, Robo Morpher and Ranger Blaster! Each release also comes with add-on cards for the much-touted Megaforce trading card game.

Where in the states were these found?

Right, being sold where exactly? Because I find it extremely hard to believe that "Gosei Great Megazord" is it's official name. Maybe these are early packaging designs from China or something?

We have known that Gosei Great Megazord is it's name for some time now.

I don't doubt that these were real, as I'veevern expecting them to be sighted in the upcoming weeks. I just want to know where so I should know if I can start hunting for them, lol.

I'm very excited for these. I want the Megazord real bad, and the tensouder. Were the regular figures spotted too?

I'm on the fence about the blaster.. I heard that the Japanese one was very fun, but I'll wait to see what I hear about this one.

need to wait on the reviews of the robo knight morpher due to i have not heared of it will hbe like the gosei morpher but i do want the rest of the other

I think it's cool that they had it be Gosei Great.

I may pick up the Megazord simply to do a comparison gallery with my Gosei Great for the site. Need to keep an eye out now I suppose.

I don't have any Goseiger stuff, so this has me extremely excited. I can't wait for these.

and the only thing is even consider from this line is the Tensouder and maybe Gosei Ground. really depends on what the sounds of everything is though, that blaster looks like the same one from BOJ

Didn't expect these to be out so soon, looking forward to seeing reviews of them (especially the Robo Knight Morpher, though that will probably be a disappointment). Didn't know they were going with Gosei Great Megazord as the name, that's pretty cool.

They look so bland without the black header pegs. :(

Am I the only one who finds it weird that the Robo Morpher is coming out before the Gosei Morpher?(That is what they're calling it, right?)

I'm guessing they're both supposed to be out, but they just don't have it yet.

Just got back from my Toys r us. They have a display of all the Megaforce stuff with the Megazord , Blaster , Robo Knight phone , 6 inch action feature Rangers and the vehicles with the Headers. No 4inch figures or Gosei Morpher in sight. I am really only interested in the Megazord out of the things they have , but i want to see how it is compared to the DX Goseiger version. Still nice to see them though.

I'll happily compare it to my original if I can find the damn thing.

Oh darn it. These came at the worst possible time for me in terms of toy money.

I can do it for you as long as you pay for shipping, but I would need the money first as I don't have any spare funds to grab them with.

Keep in mind though at TRU the Megazords are now 39.99 USD and the zord builder sets are 17.99 each. Other retailers would probably have them cheaper if you were willing to wait a bit.

If anyone finds Megaforce stuff they don't wanna buy and wants to trade for it, I'd love to. lol

I like the way the megazord box is set up. Also cards per toy, now I need the Morpher.

TRU is asking $40 for Megazords now!? Last I saw I think mine was asking $32-35, I hope this isn't across the board.

Apparently Hyper Gosei Great is made with the vehicles. They have rods underneath them that clip into the back of the Dragon and them become the pieces that....Datas would....but, why?

The sides of the vehicles snap off to reveal clips to clip them onto each other

So how does the Megazord's sword function differently than the Japanese version's? Does it still store on its back at an angle?

It's not possible to attach the sword to the back of the megazord in a decent way, as the header joint is a different type of plug. The only way to attach it is to keep it the same way as in dragon mode, and it sticks out the back of the megazord, looking awkward. The plug on the back is a hexagon, with a hole inside for the long pegs that are on the end of the sword or the ones that pull out from the vehicles to attach one to the back of the megazord for hyper gosei great. The sword doesn't have plugs or clips to attach it sideways.

While I'll kind of miss Datas getting the Zord Builder treatment, I have to admit the way they made up for that is super clever.

I'm super pumped about getting this stuff, and the fact that the Gosei Great head is now a header itself is just icing on the giant robotic cake.

Also, holy shit, is that a Zord Builder port on the waist piece on the snake?!

Oh dear, that packaging is the second coming of Mystic Force. After Samurai I thought Bandai would pick a different dominant color as well...even Star Wars changes packaging every season to catch shoppers' eyes with something fresh and new and exciting.
