Akibaranger Episode 14 Stage Show Discussion!
 

At long last the first raw of the Akibaranger Episode 14 Stage Show DVD has been released! Over-time has the raw but apparently has NO plans to sub it. Apparently their Akiba guy passed on it so they don't feel like it. So thankfully I'd TVN will pick this up and do it justice.

I just watched the raw and it was completely brilliant. The actual episode portion was really fun and featured Gosei, Go-On, and Shinken Reds appearing to bestow their 'powers' on the Akibarangers. This thing is over 2 hours long! But don't stop watching once the 'episode 14' part is over. There are interviews with the entire staff, entire cast including suit actors, and LIVE performances of ALL of the shows theme songs! It is truly fun and amazing and everything that Akibaranger always was. God I miss this show.

This is good news. Hopefully someone would sub it.

Man I hope so. That raw was hilarious and fun and awesome. Just seeing the cast all hang out on stage and have fun with the audience was great. It's also nice to know that Blue and Yellow actually had female suit actors :lol

... It featured Gosei? Goddamn it to Angel Grove now I have to watch the stupid thing...

Man, they really gotta sub the stage show, I can't understand anything yet I want to know everything the actors and producers talking about :cry Never knew that Akagi sang the end theme, they all have great voices

Watched it today too. Go-on, shinken and Gosei red's powers were awesome =p

I hope it does get subbed too, it looks like so much awesomeness was in that pannel afterwards. You can tell they all had a great time doing the series too. It was nice to see how close the actors get with their suit actors as well, that bit was hilarious =]

The live music and the way the audience erupted were amazing. After seeing that kind of response Toei would have been crazy not to do another season.

I've got it downloading now so will definitely give this a watch tomorrow :D

I loved watching it. I was surprised to learn, by watching the video, that the singer of the Gaoranger theme also was one of the singers of the Akibaranger theme.

I had no idea Akagi sang the ending either but by the end it was actually pretty sad. Really happy they brought out the suit actors as well.

I can easily see that, because the badass manly voice when you hear the line of "singing toku kareoke" so reminds me of the badassness that is singing "GAO!" from the gaoranger theme
