Super Robot Chogokin Shinken-Oh
 

One of the first Sentai entry into the Super Robot Chogokin line was none other than Shinken-Oh, piloted by the team of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger, this iteration allows Shinken-Oh to be posed in ways that DX mecha can never do. Made with diecast and plastic, this Shinken-Oh is a balance of heft and fun.

It is awsome and all but I wish it could transform into the differnt origamis

I will have this eventually. The circle will be complete once Bandai makes Muteki Shogun!

I really need to pick this figure up one of these days.

Love this gallery. It's hilarious that Shinkenoh is considered the worst figure of the line by most people. It's easily better than Gokaioh.

It is one of my favorite figures. I am glad it does not come apart though. If it did it would not have the amazing articulation that it does.

I love this figure, I just wish they'd done some accessory packs so it could do the different formations. It would have been totally doable.

Indeed, of the three SRCs I have owned, this one is my favorite design, and easily the second best. DekaRanger Robo is a little bit of a better toy, but Shinkenoh is much better than Gokaioh was, though in fairness, it could have been the design of Gokaioh that hindered it.

Well, the only thing about the toy that is not as nice is the finish. That is the problem with the first 2 Sentai SRC. They have a duller finish than Dekarobo, Magiking, and DaiZyuZin

BTW. If you want an awesome SOC Sentai? Get the Battlefever Robo one. It is in scale with the SRC and is pretty fantastic!

SOC Battle Fever Robo is taller IIRC just a bit out of scale, but does come with a ton of weapons

One day, just one day, we'll get another SOC Sentai-bot. And it will be awesome. :D

As ActionAwesome said, Battle Fever Robo. The first Sentai robot IIRC? They also made Leopardon, Spider-man mecha which is sorta a precursor to the Sentai robos.

Oh yeah. I forgot about him because that release wasn't taking advantage of SOC's transformable qualities.

Unfortunately lol. I'd love for them to tackle some of the 90s Sentai robots like Juutei Daizyujin or Dairenoh.

Not sure about that. I will have to check when I get home. He is on his platform, so the sizing is hard to visually judge, but I want to say he is the same size as Daizyujin.

I love ShinkenOh, and was excited to see the SRC version of this since Magiking was a masterpiece. This one seems to pale in comparison. Not sure if that's because this was close to when the line dropped or not, but I feel like the paint doesn't seem to add up on this release. Seems a little basic? *shrug*
