Do you ever find yourself doing stuff characters do?
 

We all are fans of various series, but do you ever imitate the characters in them? You know, like consciously or subconsciously? Or share any similarities to them?

Here's some characters I share traits with/end up imitating and how I imitate them (series that they are from are in the parenthesis)

Ankh/Uva/Kazari/Gamel (Kamen Rider OOO): Manner of speaking, voices, attempted Ankh's hairstyle (had it dyed the same color and tried to match it. Gave up after lol)
Hidari Shotaro (Kamen Rider W): Wears fedoras almost every other day, "Saa, omae no tsumi o, kazoero!" Pose
Phillip (Kamen Rider W): I always "Kensaku hajimeyou" before searching something, "Saa, omae no tsumi o, kazoero!" Pose
Momotaros/Urataros/Kintaros/Ryutaros/Sieg (Kamen Rider Den-O): Voices, manner of speaking
Kisaragi Gentaro (Kamen Rider Fourze): "Uchuu Kita" pose and trying to befriend everybody on this website.
Sakuta Ryuusei (Kamen Rider Fourze): Henshin pose, sounds when he hits something
Hino Eiji (Kamen Rider OOO): Henshin Pose of course (I have the belt lol)
Captain Marvelous (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger): Voracious appetite.

I find my self acting like Ikari, Gai (Gokai Silver) sometimes haha

I have a nasty habit of giving people and oftentimes things a thumbs-up for no real reason. 'Gotta protect them smiles, I guess.

I munch popsicles like a low-rent Ankh.

I have definitely turned into a copy of Hidari Shotaro. I have a million different fedoras and matching dress shirts haha. Not to mention the "Count up your sins" pose and general mannerisms. The Double Driver that's coming in the mail won't help >.>

One thing I catch myself doing is the two fingered salute that Guile/Nash (Street Fighter) do.

Only when i'm alone or around people.

I was having a conversation and said Fantastico. And then facepalmed so hard the earthshook seconds after.

Fourze stole my handshake.

Better Fourze stole your handshake than you steal Fourze's eyebrows.

Been doing the Fourze Chest bump since episode 1.

I say oops often when some sort of mistake happens, but in a cheerful tone.

I've started doing Tendo's point to the heavens when I succeed at something.

I snap my fingers like Chief/Boukenred whenever I tackle (or am about to tackle) a task or project at work. Depending on who is around I may also add "Attack!" in there.

My dramatic evil laugh is borrowed from Evil Green Ranger.

I also quote Casey from Jungle Fury whenever I am flabbergasted. "WHAT IS GOING ON?!" ;)

I will oftentimes do the Faiz wrist flick after I crack my knuckles.

I still find myself doing the thumbs up a lot more often after watching Kuuga.

I've tried to incorporate the Hibiki salute into my daily life, but it's too complex to feel natural.

I do a ridiculous amount of finger clicking now because of Boukenger, which is weird because I didn't even like the series that much.

It's addicting, isn't it?

when i was training in the Martial Arts i did the Faiz flick a lot, today it evolved into the Double version lol!

but i rocked Hibiki's wave for the longest time lol! somehow i started using Todoroki's mainly at home with my mom when i was leaving the house. but overtime i started using Zanki's.

I occassionally wander about saying the 'Now, let's count up your sins', line, usually in Japanese, but sometimes in English.

Not necessarily toku related, but I often get the urge to bow in formal situations.

Probably thanks to doing martial arts more than anything.

Oh, jeez. Well, there's New Den-O's snap, Double's "Now let's count up your sins" line and pose, Skull's fedora pose any time I get my hands on a fedora, etc.

I do that walking away wave with out looking back.

I have a new one. It's become a habit, before I do anything important, to say Henshin and move my left hand downward to the right over my beltbuckle. Taka Tora Batta, friends.

Whenever I get jumped in a parking lot, I pull back my jacket to reveal my buckler & make like Tommy.

I started saying Go Go Power Rangers, or whistling the old Comunicator chime, before doing something. A boss battle on PS3, leaving for work.

I'm making liberal use of Fourze's belt's countdown when I'm about to do something after a brief pause.

Fourze's henshin is actually my ringtone and my alarm, so whenever either goes off, I do his henshin lol

I just remembered, I once did Fourze's *double chest pound, point* when parting ways with a friend.

Fourze's getting to me. When I greeted my dad happy birthday today, I did Gentaro's "Uchuu Kita!" pose, and while boxing, when listen to Shooting Star, I end up making Ryusei's kiai noises :lolol

I'm considering attempting the "I am going to be everyone's best bud" line at work tomorrow. We'll see what happens.

2 riders i hate i ended up doing their poses. new den-o finger snaps and meteors crocked thumbs up.

I've taken to saying Ore Sanjou when i enter a room. While doing the pose...I googled it and i still can't seem to get one final answer as to what it means. One was i have arrived. Maybe somebody here knows?

It means I arrived but in an impolite way.

There's someone I know (a friend of a friend) named "Phillip". At every opportunity I call him "Phirripu" & tell him how we need to go defeat the dopants.
