Power Rangers Megaforce Cast Interview
1 Attachment(s)
Fanlala has conducted an early interview with the new Megaforce Power Rangers, who offer some brief insights into the upcoming series and their respective characters.
Expect to see similar interviews as we get closer and closer to the Megaforce premiere. :) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pdqIl...ature=youtu.be |
We all know it's going to be a different morphing sequence. MegaRed kind of looks and sounds like Adam IMO. And those constant mega puns we're a little irritating. But, it was a pretty nice interview.

I don't recall a season being quite this heavily promoted, I hope it portends good things.
|
I think it's being heavily promoted for that this is the 20th season. I think were going to get a Lot of things about past Rangers teams in this new season.
|
Well, I like these guys on a personal level much more than the Samurai cast
|
I think I'm gonna like Noah, also they all have this vary natural voice when the talked during this interview, it makes me hopeful the the cast will work together and acutely be friends out side of the show which I think makes a better team and cast. Also just a thought Megaforce Red's character reminds of Nick from Mystic force for some reason
|
They all do seem very likable both character wise and in real life.

You know, I have a renewed hope for this season. They don't seem that bad. But I'll wait and see what Saturday brings us.
On an unrelated/related note: I have DirecTv and according to my guide, Nick is showing Super Samurai on Saturday. Anyone else having this issue with other companies? |

I have Time Warner and checked. It didn't give any episode name, just the regular description of the show "Five teenagers using samurai powers blah blah blah."
|
Noah & Zack in the MOOORNING!
|
That High School hallway REALLY reminds of of the MMPR High School set they used with the stairs in the background.

Nice interview. The cast seems excited, but the same could be said of Samurai. I don't think the failure was in the enthusiasm department...you need real talent and a true understanding of what works and what doesn't work in a show like Power Rangers. The characters definitely sound relatable, though, something Saban should've done with Samurai rather than chaining themselves to the sentai.
Anyone else picking up the bits of scripted responses among the cast? I doubt Azim couldn't think of a better word than "Mega," and from what we've seen of Christina she doesn't seem to be as valley-girlish as she was in this video. My impression is that Saban wants the cast to still be somewhat in character whenever they're doing anything remotely Power Rangers-related. |
The cast members seem friendly and amiable enough. I'm looking forward to their performances in the show.

I like this cast. Then again, I liked Alex Heartman when he was giving interviews.
Do not bomb this season. I've said it once, and I will continue to say it: DO NOT BOMB THIS SEASON. You bombed two in a row already, DO NOT BOMB A THIRD. |
