This thread is to be used to help other fans and collectors track down the TRU Exclusive Power Rangers Legacy Morpher. Please post any sightings of the morpher or any Legacy Morphers that you may have available to help your fellow collectors out.

Please DO NOT post in this thread if you're looking to price gouge and sell this thing for anything above retail. This thread is meant to help people find a rare collectible, NOT to help anyone make profit from another collector.

So if you have a Legacy Power Morpher or can point a fellow collector in the direction of one at retail price then please, by all means, share your info :)

First time poster, apologies if this isn't the right thread.
Is the Legacy Morpher a TRU store exclusive or is it likely to turn up on TRU.com at any point?
I'm from the UK, and our TRU stores literally stock nothing.
If anyone happens to stumble across a spare, would they be so kind as to middle man it across the pond?

Yes this is the correct thread. TRU's canadian website listed the morpher for order but they're also supposed to show up in physical stores. No reports from the UK yet though.

I didn't think to look on the canadian website prior to it's release, but as far as I can see, the morpher isn't listed anymore. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a UK release but I highly doubt it. I think I'll have to look for a middleman, or resort to ebay prices.

Legacy Morpher Availability/Sighting in NE Texas
 

Call before going to TRU in Longview, or Tyler, Tx. Have SKU and/or item # handy. Went to both stores 2/15/13; Longview TRU computer showed they weren't set to recieve any more soon and after calling Tyler TRU and driving there on a hunch, I snagged the last Morpher they had. Next truck day is Tuesday 2/19/13. If you don't live close to a store, be there when they open the doors on those days if possible and tell the associates what you are looking for. Hope this helps other collectors in this area.

I live in the Boston, MA area... and we have nothing. I have called all local TRUs and they have nothing in their systems, even an expected ship date... awesome...

Found mine in Michigan, so the Midwest is receiving stock.

TRU in Newington, NH does not have them in, or any in their system, neither do the TRUs in Woburn, MA and Peadboy, MA.

Cherry Hill NJ got them but sold out quick....I'm in Staten Island, NY. They're inching their way to NYC.

So think link to the TRU exclusive legacy Morpher has been taken down. What does this mean? When it says exclusive you will have to freeze your ass off out side until TRU opens and fight hundreds of people to get your hands on one, or will TRU has a vast supply that you can walk in and grab one with no problem? Why TRU......WHY?!?!?!?!?

Let's not panic here, it's quite par for the course for online retailers to remove weblinks when something isn't going to be available after an unknown time. They'll keep the link up for a few days to a week and if there's no word, they'll pull it down.

Even when they do get them back in, I don't know if you'll have to fight off hundreds of people though. It's more like the 'one guy who buys the whole case to sell on ebay' that you need to worry about.

My cousin just picked a morpher up for me in Maryland, near baltimore. Last one in the store. So it's confirmed they are on the east coast!

Morpher Link active on tru.com again. Available for store pickup. I was just looking at a random store in bel air, md. Out of stock in 10 minutes of looking. I live in NYC. Doesn't look like any in stock up here =(

I'm on Long Island and I usually check both Carle Place TRU and Valley Stream TRU but with no luck. If anyone spots them there could I please get a heads up. Thanks in advance.

Out of every TRU within 50 miles the Daytona Beach has them and that's way to far :/

Was at Valley Stream TRU (Long Island NY) after work today and asked customer service if they had any. They checked and said 1 was on the floor with no more in the back. I looked around but the morpher had to have been long gone before i got there.

On another note, it looks like the morphers have taken a nosedive on ebay after the online release. The average price seems to be right around $100 and there's some 'or best offer' sold prices at $75. Nice to know that people have somewhat regained their sanity.

Woburn Toys R Us in MA had a case out yesterday.

DOH! dropped mine, scuffed the heck out of the back.....

I just bought mine this morning! Good thing, too, because shipping and tax was another 10 dollars! I couldn't see myself paying 70. 60 wasn't that bad

I'm a bit impatient about having to wait until May for it to ship. I'm hoping the email was wrong ;_;

The email and the TRU page say two different dates....but when I ordered mine yesterday it said it will leave the warehouse in 2-4 weeks.

didnt staten island also have the morphers.I called yesterday and the girl on the phone told me valley stream and SI had them.

They did. I live on Staten Island, but i got mine in Elizabeth NJ

dang wish I can just go to SI and pick those bad boys up now lol.

They were 4 per store. I know lots of NJ stores have them. Some old co workers of mine keep me in the loop, and now that the Legacy Megazord is out in Cali, it's just a matter of time before that hits the East Coast

it will be awhile seeing how long it took the legacy morpher to get to the east coast.NY doesnt have alot of stores that got the morpher in at all.

I'm glad i bought my two Morphers then. One to open and one to keep sealed (It's a collector thing lol) I have 3 TRU's 15 mins away from where i live. Only 2 on Staten Island, and 1 in Elizabeth NJ. I would not be surprised if any local TRU in the 5 boroughs surrounding NYC and some in NJ don't have the Morpher in stock anymore after tomorrow.

Yeah, I noticed there were two different dates. Hopefully the 2-4 weeks date is right xD

I also noticed my receipt says BY May 7 2013. So maybe that's just insurance on their part if it gets too backordered.

went back to Valley Stream NY TRU today. They now have 2 on hold in the back and still one hiding in the store which i cant seem to find.

Carle Place TRU is fucking useless.

Went to Bay Plaza TRU and they told me Bronx Terminal has 2 in stock and they had none but I still went to check their shelves and there was one just sitting there

None in time square...even though I ordered it on TRU I thought I'd get lucky with one sooner.

I shudder to think what the price would be at Time Square TRU though

the one i got in the bronx was 57.99

probably 65 before taxes. Though I doubt Time Square TRU is gonna get anything soon, the PR section is tossed into a corner with more Samurai stuff then anything.

Hey guys, if there is anyone around Lubbock Texas. Or have one they can easily pick up still I'd really appreciate a hook up. I've tried the single toys r us in town for three weeks now and they keep telling me they haven't gotten them in and to keep checking back in a few days. And next week i'll be traveling around texas for spring break possibly without a chance to search. I know it's very late into the hunt for these, but any small lead will be much appreciated.
