Your story through hope and despair:
A Phantom born out of a young man who's trapped in despair all his life, because it had no future to hope for.

The vampire phantom was brought out, but didn't go with the other Phantoms to spread despair. Instead he turned against them just for fun. The White Wizard saw potential in that Phantom. So it gave him a belt and rings of his own to destroy Phantoms and to give its Gate a future in life and alter its bad memories to good.

Wizard gives hope while Necro gives despair to those that hurt one's hope.

Your story through hope and despair: Kaoru was always loved sailing, so much that his mother gave him a pendant of a sailboat caught in a wave for his birthday. When Kaoru received this gift, his mother told him "There is always a light at the end of a storm, even when it doesn't seem possible. So no matter what, hold on to hope, especially when times are rough."

However, during a cruise with his family, their boat was caught up in a storm and he lost his family at sea. Fortunately, Kaoru managed to find his way to an island where he soon began to fall into despair. As the violet cracks emerged from his heart, Kaoru remember his mother's words and forced his phantom back, gaining control of Hydra and becoming Kamen Rider Vorga.

After returning to civilization, Haru met Onagi and Drago, two familiars that informed him that there are others like him that are in need of help. The young rider then took it upon himself to ensure that no one else has to go through the same tragedy that he did.

Koyomi's best friend from childhood, 'Darkness' was Fueki's earliest experimental subject, being captured when he visited Koyomi at a hospital. He was implanted with Fueki's 1st artificial phantom, designed after modern technology, but it developed a will of its own and helped him escape Fueki's lab. Fueki simply assumed he had dies, but he survived, forging a driver and rings. His ambition in life is to help Koyomi, not knowing she is already dead. The ultimate twist? He is already in despair. He has no hope, and is immune to the Phantom's mind games, although they are only his secondary goal.

He avoids Haruto and Nitoh, believeing them to be allies of the White Wizard, although he helps them defeat Phantoms once or twice, although he does not attempt to hide his contempt. This changes when he learns of Haruto's 'care' of Koyomi, where he becomes closer to the team. He still will not reveal his name.

If only an alchemist rider would wield metals like Wizard possesses jewels.

I like this alchemist. Would be nice though for his style rings to be based on metals while Wizard's rings are jewels.

What if this mage's arm got caught by the sabbath causing it to change or ends up missing? Perhaps the White Wizard would give him a wizardriver as well and an arm of automail or something. And later joins Kizaki's group.

A nomad martial artist who used to be a delinquent back in Yokohama, Yoji's genesis as a wizard goes back to his delinquent years.
He was a feared hooligan in Yokohama, until one day he picked a fight with a monk only to get humiliated.
Angered and bitter, Yoji followed the monk with his lackeys but were ambushed by a phantom.
Yoji and his crew were defeated, putting him in despair over the fact that he failed as crew leader until the monk from earlier came to the rescue.
The monk told Yoji to overcome his failure and tried helping him, however, the phantom impaled the monk's heart killing him.
Just before he died, the monk told Yoji to walk the right path, and handed him a ring with a ying yang design.
This somehow triggered his will to overcome his despair, and Yoji instinctively summoned the Taodriver to become Kamen Rider Tao.
He avenged the monk and his crew, and decided to leave Yokohama to "find his path" and protect others from the phantom threat.

An ancient mage, he has forgotten his name and is instead referred to as "Tabi" (journey). On his travel across the world seeking a lodestone that will open the gate to Hyperborea, he has learned many things multiple times and yet still finds new wisdom each day. Aether uses the Mix ring as his main form of combat. When Mix is uses the bands on the gauntlet spin and whirl until two rings (Fire, Water, Wind, Earth) are activated. Depending on the two that are combined there are different effects:

Fire+Wind= Lightning
Fire+Water= Steam
Fire+Earth= Lava
Wind+Water= Rain
Wind+Earth= Sand Storm
Water+Earth= Mud

These powers are focused in the hand and he mainly punches Phantoms to their death.
