Ryuki Lock Seed Video Demo
1 Attachment(s)
Lock On! SASUKETOKUSATU has a new batch of Lock Seed video demos for us! In this video, he takes a look at the Grape Lock Seed belonging to Team Gaim’s newest Armored Rider: Ryugen! But there’s more! In the same video he also looks at the first of the Kamen Rider Lock Seeds: the Ryuki Lock Seed.
What makes the Ryuki Lock Seed interesting is that Unlike the RIder Rings last year, these Rider Lock Seeds will have their own unique noises all done in the Sengoku Driver's voice. When activated, the Lock Seed declares the show’s tag line: “Fight! If you want to survive” along with Ryuki’s signature Advents. You can view the demo in the link below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HZvD5...8vNJHVEkTW-WZQ |
The voice sounds really strained, but I'm not too against it. "FINAL BENTO" is a little funny though.

The voice sounds odd, but overall this past riders gimmick feels a lot better than the past few outings. Feels like they put thought in to represent the rider outside of their face and and name.

This is awesome.
Really want W and OOO. This may convince me to get the sengoku driver. |
Anybody get their hands on the Den-O one yet?

The Sengoku Driver voice doesn't go very well with Ryuki sounds.
But overall a step up from previous seasons. |
That thing cracks me up :lol

so what sounds are made by the driver and and lock seed individually? I want to know what sounds could be made with just the Ryuki lock seed, because I really don't want to have to buy a Sengoku driver, but I love the Rider Seeds.

The only sounds the driver makes is the "Lock On/Off" sound and the music jingle before the lock is cut open.

Specifically, DX Lockseeds have Inves Game sounds (and the name of the Lockseed when you unlock it), and when used in the belt will have the transformation and attack commands. The gashapon and candy toy versions - which are where the Rider Lockseeds are being released - are much simpler, they don't have nearly the same functions as the DX ones, obviously, because they're cheaper. They lack LEDs and Inves Game sounds, and you instead cycle through the following sounds by pressing a button on the back:
The only thing you're missing out on by not having the belt is the standby music and the Lock On/Off voice. |
