Clearer Images of the DJ Gun!
 

Better quality images of the third quarter Kamen Rider Gaim's scans have been released, revealing more functions to the DJ Gun.

On it’s own, the DJ gun will be able to change between three firing modes via a dial located above the handle ranging from a laser shot, machine gun fire, and a wider burst of energy. The DJ Gun can also turn into a sword which will be able to combine with the Musou Saber to create an even larger blade.

In addition, the image confirms that the Kachidoki Lock Seed will be it’s own, new series of Seed separate from the Energy ones.

Recent scans surfacing on 2chan have showcased a few previously unrevealed Kamen Rider Gaim DX toys, as well as what appears to be his Gaim's speculated upgraded form. A silhouette can be seen in the background of the first image which appears close to the same possible alternate Gaim form we may or may not have seen in the shows opening back in October.

Also seen are the E.L.S 01 Kachidoki Energy Lock Seed which allows Gaim to obtain this new form. And we get a first look at the new DJ Gun weapon. These items are both scheduled for release in March at 2000 yen for the Seed and 5500 yen for the DJ Gun.

Ha. Heavy Armor Gaim, the reflection didn't lie!

Dang it, I just found that online a couple of minutes ago :lol. Was trying to figure out how to translate "Kachidochi" :lol

Can't wait to see this, Gaim is becoming one of my favorite characters.

Actually if you look at the silhouette it has spikes and horn like things on its crest so the reflection isn't of that.

I do like the gun,but is he slapping the speaker of it? And if so does Japan have a fad now with high fives or slapping hands?

That reflection may not 100% be like what this is. But it was clearly intentional and meant to tease something like this. The reflection showed what we could possibly see.

The horns on that silhouette are way too ornate to match the reflection from the intro. However, it certainly is an interesting design. Perhaps the long objects seen pointing up are the hilts of some swords or a pair of flags that are sometimes seen on samurai's backs?

You're right they don't match up. But that reflection, as with the others in the intro, was clearly significant. And based on how Shogun-esque that reflection was and how ornate this silhouette appears to be, I believe that original reflection was a foreshadowing of this.

In case anyone is interested. Kachidoki actually means victory or warcry

Does it not have any secondary fruity meanings? Many terms in the show have them. Hanamichi, sengoku...

Well...the lock obviously look like a mechanical orange. And since that form is used in Orange arms....it's possibly Gaim Kachidoki Orange Arms for the form name.

Dude, when looking at a reflection you have to go deep. It's the only way to find the answers you're looking for.

I wouldn't be surprised if the DJ Gun becomes a sword because it does look like it was a blade on top

When will gaims reflection show who he is inside?

The DJ Gun looks AWESOME, I can't tell what the lock looks like, I need a better picture of it. To see if i like it

Also I looked at it again,I don't think that the person is slapping the orange on the gun.I think it's a turntable.

I don't think its a sword, if you look right under the barrel, there is a trigger and tilt the image counter clockwise it looks more like an axe.

Funny how the blacked out image doesn't look a thing like the reflection. :) In fact, it looks about as far removed as possible. That crest is two curved prongs, not three straight ones.

I'm pretty sure he's spinning it like a turntable.

So are Bravo, Gridon and Kurokage going to be killed off or something? We are seeing nothing of them going forward. Heck, there's been nothing mentioned about them with the AC line ether.

Or are they being regulated to being joke characters?

There's a figure of Gridon coming out, and I think we saw a Kurokage too.
No Bravo though.

AC Gridon (plus the Dandeliner) is out in January, so I don't think he's about to go just yet.

But Bravo is the AC I want :(

I wouldn't mind Kurokage I guess, but I couldn't care less about Gridon.

And Kurokage with Tuliphopper has also been confirmed already. No Bravo sadly :(

I know. And his totally cheaty transformation means he was probably never even CONSIDERED for AC, thus must be REALLY minor.

Luckily, I bet we'll get a Figuart of him eventually. I'll just get that.

Cheaty transformation?

When his chest pieces transforms in the show, instead of a simple transformation six or so moving parts like other fruit armours, his chest piece folds downa nd then parts and panels slide out from nowhere. Like how Den-O's Rod form had the shoudl piees solid parts, even though clearly they'd need to be hollow to fit over the chets piece in every other form.

Plus, his chest has big spikes that'd have to jam right in his face with the chest folded up.

I can't say I ever noticed, but it makes me sad to know they had to take creative liberties for his awesome design which means he wont be getting a toy :(

Surprised we still don't have a clear picture of Gaim using the Sengoku Driver + Genesis Driver with the Normal Orange Lockseed and the Melon Energy Lockseed that the 2nd Quarter scans teased as a new form.

Hell its getting an AC toy in Feb! does that mean he gets that upgrade and then gets a bigger upgrade the following month? they are changing up the formula a bit.

even then normally a final form would be in like March/April but since Gaim started late the final form should be in April/May so I do wonder if this new KLS is just another mid season form and he has another final form up his sleeve.

I'm impressed this show is able to churn out so much content without feeling cheap, both in budget terms and also in not feeling like a shameless advert.

Definitely due to Gaim's pace. Usually a Toku will start with a flurry of stuff, pause, upgrades and new characters, pause, last moment upgrades and done. Gaim just keeps rolling things out without looking back.
