Just got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 today.

RIP iPhone.

I've been tempted to switch to Android, but I've invested too much in the iTunes store, sadly. That's how they rope you in. :(

The biggest selling point to me was the fact that the processor of this phone was practically better than my computer. On top of that, Apple put a 64 bit chip in their 5S and then only released a game that actually uses it. Talk about a waste of a chip.

For a company that begs you to upgrade your phone every September, it's mystifying to me why they'd put a big special happy chip in and then not utilize it for ANYTHING (except Infinity Blade).

I love my Note 3 so much and unlike Apple, they wont release a new phone in a months time which will make your 800000000 dollar iPhone obsolete even though you've only owned it for two months. This actually happened to me when the 4 came out.

Same. Got a 4s and they were like ZOMG IPHONE 5! And then they were like ZOMG IPHONE 5S OR 5C! And yet, it's the same phone ... just faster.

Pass.

Oh my god. People realizing that Apple likes money over customer convenience and is intentionally excluding things to be added in later.
Here I thought people finally realizing that Apple was lying about the virus and worm thing last year was the biggest step I was gonna see this decade.

Unless you mean to each other, but why would anyone insult someone else on the phone they use? I wish I had the money to keep up with Apple, but I don't, if you do, power to you!

The best part is ... my iPhone still has functionality thanks to WiFi. I was texting on my Note 3 while updating Facebook on the iPhone. NEW LEVEL OF NERD STATUS ACHIEVED.

I'm quite happy sticking with android for phones, however I'm progressively switching to Apple for everything else :lol

Now that's a weird one. :lol

The ting is Google allow torrent apps by torrent downloaded clients like utorrebt or bit as apps so you can literally download the latest sentai or rider episode on the go and watch it on your phone with out the means of jail breaking your phone.

I've honestly never been a big phone person to be honest. All I really want out of it is a phone and decent camera, so there's never any point in me forking out for a really good one. I've had a Sony Ericsson Xperia for the last couple of years and have been more than happy.

On the other side, in the last year I've acquired an iPad mini (which I'm writing from now and love to death) and an iPod touch to replace my unfortunately run over second hand iPod Classic (which shockingly still works, it's only the screen that's completely gone). And with the amount of laptop problems I've had in the last 2 months, I fully welcome my forthcoming MacBook switchover.

For the most part I agree, though I think that used to be the case more in the past than the present. Now Apple is mainstream and trendy.

FWIW, I still prefer a windows machine (though I have a macbook I use on the road), and while I have an iPhone, it's mainly because Sprint stopped carrying Windows Phones and by the time they started I didn't want to renew my contract.

Once I switch, it's likely to a windows phone as I don't like the inconsistency of the Android OS.

The ONLY Apple product I own (and love) is Apple TV. Greatest device for streaming media I've ever had. But that's it.

I cant really say Im a huge apple fan. Aside from havin an iPod touch for itunes before my iPhone and now all I do is Twitter music and textin, thats really all I use apple for :lol

Though if I ever get $1000 I might get a MacBook...
