This is in no way any indication that he is, but this new footage of Argus beating the shit out of Troy has to be in there for a reason. Though if this is the case, how the hell did the Armada pick him up so fast?

I like that theory. It is a possibility since it looks like they are replacing Robo Knight with Orion, Gokai Silver's PR counterpart.

That would suck because I started to like Robo Knight a little :(. That would be saddening to see one of the characters I actually like for once be turned into that...machine factory mess named Argus.

I'll reserve judgement until it plays out a little more. But this does help the episode of Gokaiger where Joe fought Barizorg to fight his friend. Now Noah can fight him to save RoboKnight.

I hope his Barizorg's counterpart it would work so well for the series.

I doubt it will be. The Barizorg plotline is significantly darker in tone then anything Megaforce gave us. I think its far more likely this is just a scene to get Red by himself in the abandoned warehouse that the Armada are planting missiles in. Originally he was there because Doggie Krueger arrested him, so I think they'll change it so he's chasing Argus (worst name ever, btw) when he stumbles upon them.

More and more this show makes me want to watch Gokaiger. I have no real attachment to sentai, but this show is doing no justice to Power Rangers anyway and I just love the designs so much. Barizorg looks cool as all hell.

Argus can also mean watchful guardian, which is essentially what he is to the Prince. So maybe Saban put a smidgen of effort into thinking that name up for him.

Or he went to Argos to spend the millions he stole from children, to buy Power Rangers toys as props. While in there he realised the marketing campaign for Argos used aliens and had a brain wave! First it was Super Argos, but then he combined them together and went with 'Argus'.
