More Ranger Keys to come from TRU
 

A few days ago, I found more key packs under our Key Pack item number from TRU:

38310 - MMPR C
38311 - MMPR D
38312 - SMF C

A key pack was shown at Time To Play Mag and likely comes with a translucent SMF Blue, Pink and Silver. Not confirmed if that was SMF C.

I found a new Key Pack listing at TRU separate from the current one we've seen all year.

The current one:

That's 15 new key packs under this new listing. I don't have names of these 15 yet. I will soon, hopefully.

This brings us to 18 more packs coming in the near future.

That's 54 more keys. Just counting the key packs, how many Rangers are missing?

There's the female Rangers minus Super Megaforce Yellow and Pink (Obviously), RPM Yellow, Jungle Fury Yellow, Ninja Storm Blue and Zeo Yellow, the Sixth Rangers minus Super Megaforce Silver (Again, obviously), Robo Knight, Titanium Ranger and MMPR Green and White, and the Extra Rangers.

And since they were all shown at both SDCC AND NYCC, we know they're on the way.

I said Key packs only. Robo Knight and Titanium haven't been in Key packs yet. SM Silver was seen in one so he should be one of those 18 packs.

Thanks for the name. And yeah, I was curious about that. But I doubt it'll happen.

After looking through the key scanner app pictures I think it's safe to say we aren't getting a Wolf Warrior or SPD Kat key. Also the Blue Senturion has a helmet & full body pic but no key pic. Odd.

There isn't a picture for Titanium or Magna Defender either. Phantom Ranger also isn't in the app but they still made a prototype of his key and he's in the Morphin Madness 5 Key Pack most likely. Wolf Warrior and Kat could still come out.

Not really. Titanium was made for obvious fancy since they had no apparent plans for it. Magna Defender is also a rather big fan-favorite & really blows SPD Kat & Wolf Warrior out of the water in comparison.

I was only saying Titanium and Magna Defender were also missing pictures...

We saw Mystic White at NYCC and if she gets in a pack then Kat and Wolf most certainly will too.

Yeah, I guess it's possible. They just seem so inconsistent that I truly avoid getting my hopes up.

Hmm, odd since there are no Lightspeed Rescue or Megaforce alternate packs but extra MMPR & SM packs. What's the thought process here?

Because Might Morphin is the only that matters.... :/

That was most likely Super Megaforce C. He was on the packaging instead because Red wasn't in the pack. Most of these packs could end up like that and have 6ths instead of Red on them.

In the immortal words of Donald Glover;

Well, Mighty Morphin only needs one more pack to finish its team. Why does it need two? And SM Silver already exists with the Morpher & Silver Hero Set, why did they need to make more of it like they stupidly did with SM Red & Blue? The only possible logical decision I can see is if this is the Anchor Key, so it better be that.

Just because Silver is in the morpher already doesn't mean he can't be in the key pack. Going by this none of the Red Rangers should've been in Key Packs because they come with morphers, cycles, zords and weapons.

But they took up slots of keys that could've been made. That's the real issue here.

No it's not. Everyone doesn't want the Silver Morpher and a lot of people are having trouble finding it. Like I said, none of the Red Ranger's should've been in key packs because they were all in other items already.

Just like how SM Silver was in 2 other items, so it shouldn't be in a key pack.

What 2 other items? Hardly anybody is going to blow 30 dollars on a kids costume for one.

So they'd be more willing to for the near universally-hated cycles that cost almost the same price as the Morpher?

Stop being ticked off about Silver being in the key packs. He's in them whether you like it or not.

Well the same goes for you with the Reds. And I'm not angry, sorry if I came off like that. I just don't get their business practices. They want people to buy as much of their merch as possible but give out alternatives like the cycles that lots of people complain about & the alternatives seem moot because the other option (key packs with 3 keys inside) is superior in every way. Plus they're over-saturating their merch with repeated keys that not too many people care about buying. I just don't get it.
