Custom Ninninger Combinations
 

One of the reasons I love the Ninninger line is the crazy stuff you can do with it. I've made a bunch of stuff from it, but here are the two I have available:


CHO SHURIKENJIN (I know not the most creative name ever): Shurikenjin + Paonmaru + UFOmaru + Surfermaru

BISON KING PAON: Bison King + Paonmaru
As everyone knows, Surfermaru and Rodeomaru are the only OtomoNin who can actually ride Bison King. So instead I made Paonmaru into a hat.

BISON KING UFO: Bison King + UFOmaru
UFOmaru becomes a triple-barrelled laser-shooting crossbow.

BISON KING SURFER-DRAGO: Bison Buggy + Surfermaru + Dragomaru
Theoretically you could do this with any auxiliary OtomoNin, but since I wanted to include Surfermaru into something I chose to use him.

BISON KING BYUN: Bison King + Byunmaru
This leaves out the back of Byunmaru and Bison King's right arm. But hey, you can do a "Heil Hitler", so that accounts for something.

Sometimes I like this better than Cho Shurikenjin because it's a lot more ridiculous.

However you can stick Dumpmaru onto Byunmaru for some sort of shoulder attachment. From there you can start slapping on whatever you think you can get away with.

Agreed. It looks awesome. Also super glad that you got some use out of the side tabs on the outer shins. I'm really sad that they didn't do anything with them in the show/toys.

You don't need to place a shuriken anywhere, but if you want you can put it on Dragomaru.

Unfortunately due to the size of the black piece on Byunmaru, the tank doesn't roll.

If you haven't noticed already, Shinobimaru can't peg into his seat because his backpack collides with the front of Dumpmaru. However, having him hold the controls keeps him in just fine.

OTOMONIN CANNON: Paonmaru + UFOmaru + Surfermaru
Disappointed about the lack of auxiliary OtomoNin use? Here's something you might wanna look at then. As usual, it's a cluttered mess, but in a good way.

Paonmaru's head piece acts as a stability piece.

If you remove two of the Shuriken, this can be a nifty shoulder cannon for King Shurikenjin, with the sword being stored on his back.

We just took a Native American-themed water buffalo hat wearing super-tall robot and turned it into a dragon beast thing. THIS is what Ninninger is for, people. Take whatever you have and reconfigure it into whatever's possible.

Rodeomaru doesn't actually connect to anything, but the engine piece strapped on his back slides into Dumpmaru's little footstools and keeps him there. I flipped the whole thing upside-down and he didn't fall out.

Hey all. If you haven't seen the Gekiatsu Dai-Oh poll, you can just skip over the next few paragraphs to the bolded words, but if you have, hear me out.

I've been meaning to say this for a while, but time decided that the quarter was going to end soon and I needed to take several tests. All I really have to say is: I'm sorry.

It's really my own fault that I shoved "i'm the only one who likes Ninninger" everywhere. I acted very despicable, which isn't the first time that's happened on the internet, but that's a story for another day. I've left different websites because the others were just plain jerks, and I suppose I mistakenly assumed that this place was no different. And I have to thank those who didn't hate on me when it was entirely plausible for you to do so.

With that said, I'm probably going to stay in the Customs threads without going anywhere else; it's probably the best for all of us. (and yes, I've seen Gekiatsu Dai-Oh. I'm so hyped!)

So here's the new system: Instead of uploading a bunch of combinations over long periods of time, I'm going to upload one combination every Friday. That'll keep the thread alive, and means I won't have to take about half an hour taking pictures in one night.

And first up is Ha-Oh Shurikenjin Texas!

This is a previously promised fix to the Bison King backpack of Ha-Oh Shurikenjin. The way it works is that the pieces on the back are all moved to the front using King Shurikenjin combination gimmicks. Shinobimaru is moved to the back as a stability piece.

There's nothing connecting him to the combination, but he fits in snugly and isn't going anywhere.

For people that hate King Shurikenjin's hat, it looks more like a totem pole on Ha-Oh Shurikenjin, which can be good or bad depending on your preference.
