Finally confirmed thanks to a Taobao auction.

These are indeed straight up re-releases of the the Zord Builder vehicles from the MMPR 2010 line.

Since it's zord builder the purpose is too give the illusion that the dino charge and MMPR Megazords combined?

I bought the tiger when it first came out. Not a great piece but makes a nice fold out blade arm for whatever megazord you put it on.

Those things aren't worthy of the title "Legendary"

They're legendary alright. Legendary for being shelfwarmers.

Which is why I'm going to sit and wait and pick them up in a few months when they hit clearance. I want them, but not enough to pay 80 freaking dollars.

I don't see the point in this what so ever. I know they want to make money, but what will confince the fans to buy this. Some people might want this but to me I just don't really see the appeal. Isn't it basically just a resale from 2010? Please correct me if I'm wrong. But me personally I just don't see the appeal what so ever.

I never got why they couldn't give the Green Ranger his Dragonzord.

You know, it'd have been great if they'd recolored these to look like the Dino Thunder mechs considering there's some overlap, but... Then I realized that'd require Bandai to remind people of a season that's not MMPR, and they just don't go for such high-hanging fruit.

But what would you do with the Mastodon and Smilodon?

Or, it could just be that kids like Dinosaurs and what better way to have Dinosaurs is more Dinosaurs on top of more Dinosaurs.

I'm happy, the set is pretty expensive but getting these online has been a pain. The figures make good custom fodder and the zords are fairly cool. My son will love them.

Ugh, might as well have Shout Factory release Disney's revision MMPR on dvd.

Bandai sure loves putting $80 pricetags on everything. :lol

Im not getting this, havent anything from Dino Charge yet, not that I dont like it, just havent wanted anything.
