I like ZyuOh Wild, but I'm not totally sold on the line. Should I just get Elephant (who I do want because I like Green Elephants) and Tiger (who I don't care for that much but would need anyway for ZOW) and start waiting for Gorilla to drop o just play it safe with Elephant?

I like Wild as well, but I really don't see myself getting any of the DX cubes. Paying upwards of 2000 yen for tiny animal cubes (seriously these things are like 2.5 inches cubed) doesn't sound terribly appealing. Banking on that minipla.

HLJ just put up DX ZyuOhWild set for ¥5,760, the Cube Gorilla for ¥2,080 and Orderstopped the Cube Elephant and Tiger which were both ¥1,840 each.

So Tiger's claws aren't spring loaded. Thought they might have been. Good to know.

Also still love Elephant. Can't wait for Gorilla. Wish I knew the complete Wild set was coming out when I place the order for the former 2 so I'd only have one box but still cool.

I think it releases the same time as gorilla. I think.

I know, I wish I had known that BEFORE placing an order for Elephant and Tiger.

Oh jesus I do not like Cube Tiger's toy.
Elephant's looks cool, but that's just because I love it's transformation.

I don't really like Elephant. The corner face is nice and everything, but the feet on its back are just too goddamn conspicuous. These things need better transformations.

Was kind of hoping Cube Eagle would have the peg to fit the cannon/head for Wild :lol

The big fist/small fist difference looks strange. Makes me think of older Sentai mecha footage when they'd use a gloved hand instead of the rubber fist in order to hold the sword properly...

Wow the fists really are different in size. I remember seeing that in a diagram of WZK and thinking the artist just made a mistake. Weird.

I'm not really bothered with the fists being different sized.
What bothers me is Cube Giraffe and Mole hanging off the legs for no reason. They should've engineered those two to become the arms somehow.

They appear to add bulk. And including the Bear, they'll probably be able to swap out so Wild King can shoot, chop or pierce as needed.

Got my DX Zyuohking a couple days ago. Shorthand version, most reviews I've watched are spot on. The only things that get glossed over are:

1. There is textured details covering the bot head to toe...a nice visual I wasn't expecting.

2. You can stick the stubby sword into the fists four different ways, allowing you to at least emulate something of a slashing action with his spring-loaded arm.

Overall, I give him a 3/5. Judging from online reviews of the Minipla, I'd recommend that over the DX unless your collection is primarily DX driven, like mine.

Wow, Wolf's feet mode is the worst out of all of them, THE LINE DOESNT EVEN GO ALL THE WAY DOWN.

That's cool, it's compatible with ZyuohKing.

I don't think it matters, since I doubt we'll see it combine with ZyuohKing or Zyuoh Wild, anyway.
