I have a question! Because it's been a while since I watched Drive.

Near the end, what was Banno talking about with the self-destruct thing? I was giddy when he popped up but couldn't recall the context of anything he was talking about.

-Pfft, that book Brain was holding was titled "I Don't Need a Handkerchief Anymore." How precious.

-I am pretty sure Krim and Rinna were high on something in the eclipse scene.

-For reals? A strip scene? In my Kamen Rider? Who thought this was a good idea?

-Seriously this scene is creepy.

-The logic behind this whole "can't transform anymore" thing seems not very logical.

-What the hell is this movie. It *looks* like they're trying to aim at a slightly higher demographic what with the blood and mild nudity and all...but apparently they have to do the most awkward cut imaginable for some mild dismemberment? What the heck.

-Lots of people showing off their boobs in this movie.

-What the--zoom out, cameraman! Zoom out!

-And now Medic is...no, seriously, what the shit is this movie.

-Beast Hyper looks different from what I remember.

-The inclusion of Accel in this movie is just so superfluous. Maybe I'd be more interested if I'd seen W before, but nope. As it is it just feels like padding.

-I did not know the Ride Chaser could fly.

-Finally he ditches the tacky Mashin Chaser getup for the far superior Rider look. Took too long.

-Medic no. Stop.

-Ah yes, amnesia, serving your "let us never speak of this again" needs since time immemorial.

So...it was ok? I guess. Could have stood to be shorter. Some questionable choices were made. I really question them.

It was the plot to Surprise Future.

I really don't know. Although the story, characters and actions are quite great, this is the weirdest toku V-cinema I've seen.
Too many dialogs referenced to "chest". While Angel's suit is somewhat a rebuilt from Medic's suit, why must they increase the chest to a hideous size? I don't like Angel's voice, it's too soft and sexual. I don't like Medic either. Did Chase character even grow anything after the movie as his memory reset after the incident?

So much complaints ? But it got that priceless scene with everybody spitting on Gou. "10/10 would watch again".

Umm.. a flawless masterpiece. The most perfect Kamen Rider ever. Yeah I'm biased.. but seriously, that opening!!

So I have a complicated relationship with Drive. I really disliked the first half of the show, but felt that by the end it grew into a series that, while prone to some pretty extreme silliness, had a really good story and great cast of characters. I feel that this movie was definitely Drive at its best - most of the characters were there and they all felt really consistent, with Chase, Heart, and Brain in particular getting some really good moments. I thought Angel was a good villain with interesting motivations and the actress's performance got appropriately unnerving in many places. The movie had Drive's typical sense of humor which still felt a little over the top and occasionally random (karaoke Medic), but the spit take scene was amazing.

I'd almost forgotten that Terui was going to be in this and man, all of those scenes were great. Chase vs. Angel was obviously the fake blood-drenched climax, but for me the best fight scene was Drive, Gou, and Accel vs.the Roidmude Dopant. The only way that could have been better was if G3-X suddenly showed up. And the bit at the end with Terui on the phone with Akiko and their daughter (:D!) was adorable.

Great film. Really, really great.

What happened to Hinako? Ever since Chase became Chou Mashin Chaser, she was scared of him.

Apparently the writer didn't think she was important enough to check back in with. Knowing this movie, though, there's a 66% chance that whatever she was off doing instead involved taking off her shirt. :p

I hate Drive. The humor was to goofy and I hate Go with a passion. The only thing that made it worth it was Chase and the other Roimudes.

I love this movie. It focuses on my favorite character of the series, it brings back a character from my favorite series plus it has great action, acting and a perfect villain.

Though the Angel and Chase scene was, um, unexpected I liked it. It was just.....odd.

You know me. Not the biggest fan of Drive. But hey, I gave it a go.

And oh my god did I enjoy it. For all the wrong reasons, but... that spitting scene. I can't even. I laughed so hard. It was incredible. Bottom of the bin slapstick, but dear lord did that hit the spot.

Yeah this movie was awesome. Story was non-existent, but oh well. Acton was cool, comedy was on freakin' point. The fake blood was a bit too much, as was the whole stripping scene but oh well. Terui's inclusion was fun, loved the scene at the border. Also the phone call at the end was adorable. I kinda want a full Drive x Double crossover now :lol

So yeah, I laughed a lot watching this movie, the action was good, I liked it. More please.

Well, this was all I ever wanted from a Drive V-cinema. More Chase, lots of good character stuff, call-backs, more merchandise, Gou being made a fool of... Plus a strip scene for some reason.

Also, I now have a desire to watch Double. Is that normal?

Given Double is awesome, it is perfectly normal in my books.

The Chaser movie was so good. It's been a while since I felt the way I did after watching it. I didn't want it to end, and when it did I instantly wanted to rewatch it.

The only problem I had was the erotic scene with him and Angel. Felt out of place. Other than that, best humour in a Rider movie, great plot, and fantastic acting.

What a bittersweet movie! It show Taiko Katono's Emotional acting! Accel Segment and Medic being a comic relief brighten the dark tone! I'm surprised Toei let blood in this movie where Chase is splitting his blood when he try to get Angel's feather off of him with a Rhino horn!

Hiroshi seem smile at the end despite Chase is no longer a happy-go-lucky man

I thought the ending shot with Chase riding his bike at beach was beautifully camera shot that I ever see!

Can Mach or Heart movie outdo Chaser movie? Maybe.....

That stripping scene, that spitting scene, all that fake blood, all that giggling and hubbub over a freaking solar eclipse. I enjoyed this movie very much. Not because it was good but because it was very bad.

Although I will admit, I am impressed by Katono Taiko's acting. It's not as if he was a bad actor before but this movie just showed that he can carry through a script that was written by a drug snorting monkey.

Although that sub-plot with Hiroshi and Chase's final words at the movie (I don't need humans to care about me as long as I can care about them) were genuinely good.

If I am actually disappointed at anything, it's the lack of Terui's involvement in the actual plot. He was only included in the movie as an excuse for Shinnosuke and Gou to remain occupied so that everything was left up to Chase. But Terui could be replaced by some other obstacle and it would have achieved the same purpose.

So overall, not actually that bad. but could have been better.

I'm upset Hinako hasn't shown up more since she saw Super Mashin Chaser.

You're upset that a character created for this movie hasn't shown up in any other Drive fiction, despite this currently being the last piece of Drive fiction available?

Come on now.

I'm pretty sure they meant they're upset that she didn't appear in the movie itself after she saw him transform.

It was kind of weird that the movie just dropped her after that given how important she was to the plot early on.
