Final Vent - Sacred Sacrifice (Shirokami attacks the opponent while Okami summons a magical circle, and then Shirokami pushes the opponent into the circle where it drains the target's life form (They are unable to escape the circle). The closer the opponent is to the center, the greater the drain)

Story: (Name TBA) is an aspiring calligraphy artist who strives to make a name as well as popularizing the Japanese calligraphy worldwide. And to do that, she joins the Rider War. Due to this, she seems initially selfish, until she meets Ryuki and Raia and were inspired by them to use the power to protect the humans, although she still aims to win the war by defeating those who oppose her.

Why is she white and purple?

Since she's based on a white wolf (or rather, Amaterasu from Okami), it's obvious that the color scheme is white. But Femme is already white, so I had to add another color to differentiate her and Okami. Although come to think of it, red is more fitting.

Don't worry, I got the reference 100%, which I why I asked purple, seeing as Amaterasu's color scheme in Okami is White with red detailings...

Story: Shane Stone is a BIG-NAME Movie Star from Hollywood who decides to make his new movie in Japan! He idolized Bruce Lee and wanted to be like him! When his new movie suddenly got cancelled due of his recent movie BOMBED at Box Office! In order to regained his celebrity status! He joins the Rider War. He see this as a cash-in! Hoping his fans will adore him of becoming a real-life superhero! He is a womanizer and like to hit on Femme and Okami but they slap his face! He viewed Ryuki as his rival because he is jealous of his pretty boy look! He dislike Knight because he think Knight is trying to steal his fan away! However when he see his fan get hurt, He go into a serious mode and willing to rescue any of his fans from Evil Contract Monster! His wish is to make Rider War as his new movie!

I wanted a Comic Relief type Rider for Rider War. He is a mixed of Johnny Cage/Spider-Man/Deadpool. He will be the most strangest rider you ever meet!

He will constantly breaking the fourth wall a lot

When he met Shinji, He says "Why all Main Rider have to be played by a pretty boy?! Can Toei cast a least-attractive person for this role?"

When he met Ren, He says "Well, You must be a generic rival with no personality to Ryuki?"

When he got slap by Femme, He says "I understand why Toei love killing off Female Kamen Rider!"

When he see his opponent fighting anothe rider, He says "I hope Rider War won't disappointed the fans like they did with Super Hero Taisen! That movie is garbage! I'm glad I wasn't part of that movie!"

Can there be riders who were born in the past and cursed with immortality? I remember an episode of the show Highlander where a maiden of Cleopatra was mummified.

Wouldn't that detract from the point of the game being high risk due to constant competition?

I mean, I'm not telling you that you can't, I'm just saying, is all.

The big brother has a beast with three heads, the youngest with beast of two heads, while the youngest sister has a monster of 6 heads.

Hanshin, there already is a KR Cerberus. He's one of the Stage show Rider's for Ryuki. His beast was one of those boars.

Does that really matter, considering nobody cares about the stage shows?

I think it does because it was used. Just like the other 555 Riders that were Stage show Riders. Suits were made and used, they should count.

I don't, personally.
It's kind of like saying there are 2 Kuugas. Just because some off brand story says there are doesn't really change what's more memorable.
If someone wants to make a Rider named Alpha, why bother trying to butt in going "Some shitty stageshow did it first you can't!" :lol

That's not what I'm trying to do. Oh no. I was just saying that I thought Cerberus was taken because of the stage show. I thought that the stage show characters had to be authorized by Toei, and where therefore "Official".

Well, based on the original post's rules, it's not.

As for the status of the stage show riders, I don't doubt that they're Toei characters. Official is another thing, though :lol

Kamen Rider Poulpe
Primarily Orange with a blue trim. Black under suit. Helmet is very reminiscent of a gas mask of this design, but orange:

Eyes are large and bug like, colored blue (A much sharper, metallic one in comparison to the blue on the rest of his body), as per the norm, but surrounded by faint, light blue rings. Body is thin, with torso armor being a translucent clear color over a dark orange armor (To emulate an octopus's skin). Slimy looking, it is a simple muscle detailing (Pectorals), but all smooth, rounded surfaces (No edges). Blue trim along the entirety of the body. Along the midriff is a solid orange strap designed to look like two tentacles connecting on the middle, a series of blue rings on them (Looks like suction cups, but it's just flat detailing). Shoulder pads emulate tentacles as well, this time each shoulder looking like one tentacle balled up over the arms, with the tip of the tentacle draping down a bit (Goes about halfway down the upper arm). Along the back are two very thin cape like pieces. Lower legs are designed a lot straighter, carrying more of the knight theme than the upper body as it looks more like orange armor.
All the ports are colored in a faint blue, and designed to look like suction cups.

Visor: Octavisor (Hand cannon themed like an octopus's head and mouth)

Swing Vent – Summons one of Ocho's additional tentacles. Heftier than Raia's.
Shoot Vent - Creates cannon attachment based on Ocho's head that attaches to Octavisor, able to shoot incredibly powerful shots (2 handed, cannot be fired without Octavisor)
Strike Vent – Mouth guard opens up and fires a ball of explosive ink.
--Alt usage: Able to spray a smoke screen of ink for escape*
*Note: Face is designed like a gas mask
Clear Vent – Able to turn invisible
Copy Vent - Able to transform into another rider (Note: Only visually. Can change Swing Vent tentacle to imitate Sword Vent)
Final Vent - Ink Slider: Ocho fires a trail of ink along the ground and all over the enemy to blind them, then slides and restrains enemy with tentacles. Poulpe then uses trail to gain speed and slides along the ground, delivering a powerful, baseball slide like rider kick.

Advent - Ochasher
Visoer - Octavisor-Zwei (Cannon decreases in size, but can now fire at a faster rate)
Swing Vent - Two tentacles now extend from the Octavisor-Zwei, able to sentiently whip the enemy without the user having to swing the gun. Tentacles also feature suction cups, able to easily grab weapons or enemies themselves.
Sword Vent - A new tentacle appears, but spirals itself into a drill shape and hardens, giving him a lance like weapon.
Shoot Vent - Octavisor-Zwei once again creates a powerful cannon. Shoulder mounted this time. Octavisor-Zwei acts as targeter now, and cannons shoot once the visor has successfully "Locked on" to a target (Hit's with special ink).
Mimic Vent - Summons Ochaser, who transforms into any rider of his (Or Poulpe's) desire.
Copy Vent - Identical to former copy vent
Final Vent - Ocean Master - Ochaser transforms into his bike form, firing ink bombs at the enemy. Poulpe mounts onto it and uses the Octovisor-Zwei's tentacles as a restraining device onto the enemy as Ochaser, riding a current of ink, charges the enemies, using 3 of it's tentacles as spikes as it dashes into them.

Strike Vent- Stormback's head on hand a la Ryuki.
Shield Vent- Stormbacks shell.
Halberd Vent- A halberd with Stormback as the actual weaponized part. Fins forming the axe blades and beak forming the spear.
Final Vent- TIDAL SLASHER! Stormback flies at opponent with Tortaser on it's back. At the last moment Tortaser jumps off Stormback's back, pushing him in the process, thus giving it extra force/oomph.

Background: Corey Stonehaven is the owner of a small cafe called "Sunset Cafe". His dreams were small and he thought he had achieved them with the opening of his cafe. But fate thought otherwise. One night while closing his cafe, he received word that his neice was gravely ill, Cancer had taken a hold of her heart. Her only hope was a heart transplant, and she was very low on the list. He was suddenly drawn into the Rider War. His only hope was for his neice to get the proceedure she needed. Now he fights for her life, and now his own.

Advent - Summons the Electric themed Kitsu-Rai, Who is a Kitsune themed monster.

Hydro Vent- summons forth a torrent of water to attack her enemies
Pyro Vent - Gives Kitsune temporary Pyro kinesis
Electro Vent - Fires Lightning from her staff or her strike vent depending on which shes weilding.
Staff Vent - Summons a staff modeled after those used by Buddhist monks (six-ringed Shakujō)
Final Vent- Brings forth both Kitsu-Rai and her Shakujō with Kitsu-Rai charging the ringed end of the staff with electricity before leaping toward the enemy knocking them into the air only to be met by Kitsune swinging the staff down making contact with the victims chest sending them flying to the ground seeming as though they are still being electrocuted from the electrical energy pouring from their body.

Background: Arya Mason and her twin brother Alexander Mason have always differed in their opinions with Arya going in and out of jails and juvy her whole life where as Alex was the straight edge good child. Arya hated her brother so when he received his advent deck the girl lost it and eventually found her own after going on a rampage. Now she uses her deck to strike fear into her opponents not being afraid to use excessive force in fact seemingly getting off on the idea of crushing her opponents so totally. Arya's armor is yellow in color with a white under suit her helmet takes on many features of a fox being sleek and almost triangle shaped while also featuring the ears.

Final Vent- Summons Dai-Kitsu and Sword Vent both charging their opponent Dai-Kitsu leaping and biting down on the opponent before Kōkatsuna slashes through the enemy.

Background: Alexander Mason has always been straight edge so much so that he has even arrested his sister for crimes such as Arson, Theft, Burglary, Breaking and Entering, and even Assault of a Police officer. (Yeah she got mad and attacked him.) He became a police officer to try and keep her out of trouble but it only made things worse and now with the twins both having Advent Decks Arya's antics have gotten even more dangerous and sadly targeted at him and anyone who gets in her way.
